  5. Couldn't find anything on the "spices" McCormick's website, but here is another post about their chili powder. https://www.celiac.com/gluten-free/index.php?showtopic=62283 and McCormick's is good about listing wheat...not sure about gluten.
  6. I would never tell you you are overreacting because medical procedures can be scary. I will till you endo is very easy....you are only asleep for a very short time and not very deeply... It'll be over before you know it...make sure there is a nice gluten-free ice cream in your freezer for after the procedure
  7. I found out I couldn't tolerate OJ about a year ago...couldn't believe it because I love it...I've switched to AJ and some other mixed juices. Has anyone been able to go back to OJ after healing with gluten-free? Thanks!
