  7. Hi Digmom 1014 I understand --- I wasted so much gluten-free food that I or no one could swallow. I do alot of research in regards to the cream of the crop in gluten-free. 11. Hi Greg I too love that Zo machine!!! But I see where you are using it for both gluten-free & gluten products. You may be glutening yourself by using it for both. I have another wonderful machine that I always made gluten breads in but after being Dx'D with celiacs I purchased the Zo just for gluten-free only......There is no way to get the machine clean...
  12. Hi Deb I agree with you but some people will not take steps on their own to solve a health issue! God knows I've tried to tell them .I don't have DH so I really can't give a definate answer on the condition -- I can only guess but I certainly think I'm correct on this one. He did go to school today & the steroid for now has lessened his itching &...

All the DH pics look severe! Anyway he has got bumps around his eyes, swollen & beet red around the eye but the eyes are okay. Then he developed a sore on the side of his lip ( not...
  14. Kevin Thank you for sharing your story. I agree with you on many doctors....... I'm so glad you took the bull by the horns & found by yourself what your body was trying all along to tell you. This lifestyle is not hard at all to follow once one learns the basics & doesn't cheat. I think it does lack fiber so remember to add that into your daily...

  23. Don't worry about being gluten-free in WDW they are wonderful. We all gained weight while at Disney. We had so many choices. Be sure to go to the Boma in Animal Kingdom & ask for Chef TJ. He is the greatest. I would suggest buying the dining pass at Disney & finding where you want to eat before you get there. We did our homework about four months...
  24. Hello I would try to contact the person in charge or the place where the retreat is being held & speak directly to a live person & ask questions. I would take some snacky things but you don't want to take gluten-free expensive food if they have you covered. No use in wasting. I think the good sign is that they up front was even asking about ...
