    Yep, I too bet no eggs. If you have a problem with eggs as I see you used dairy free butter you may need to use a sub for eggs. I have never used the flour you used but I use my old reg choc chip recipe ( similar to toll house) . Batter Batter Flour has a blend flour mix that is one for one ratio . mamaw

But again who knows how clean the utensils are so I see it as defeating the purpose of being gluten-free. I never use a micro except to reheat something so I can't help you out on cooking in one.     hI I would guess your thyroid is not correct. Remember the thyroid runs the whole body so it can play havoc on everything. I almost died because of doctors not treating my thyroid correctly.
