  1. Woohoo! Good to hear!
  2. Staxx are actually from what I have been told are made on dedicated gluten free lines(as well as a few other things from them) Sometimes I will splurge and get some-they aren't the healthiest but boy are they good.
  3. I also love the Cybros Rice Rolls!!!!
  4. Perfume can be a problem..I have not found really any that have had gluten(at least ones I use) but I do know that there have been some with gluten because I have reacted before and a celiac friend has as well.
  5. MSG is gluten free but SO bad for you. I try to avoid it whenever possible.
  6. It is one of those ingredients that can be questionable. As mentioned, a brand such as Kraft will have wheat, rye, barley, oats listed on the label if it has any and will not hide anything. So if a product has MFS and then doesn't say anything else it is gluten free. You only have to look for wheat, rye, barley, and oats for brands like Kraft(if you do not have...
  7. I use Freshburst Listerine with no problem.
  8. My tTG was over 10 and the normal was below 4
  9. Carrie-They are Lame Advertisement
  10. well are you sensitive to it on your skin or just eating it?
  11. I would not do that. First, it can take time for your blood to go back to normal. Second, have you been 100% gluten free including products such as makeup. I would re-evaluate everything that you are using and consuming to make sure nothing is sneaking in. I have some lists if you would like them...not sure if you have them or not but they help for a general...
  12. Biopsy that is positive=CELIAC....biopsies can rule celiac in but can't rule it out. If it was negative than you could not rule it out and get the full panel of blood tests done and rely on that. When you have a positive biopsy it is for sure celiac. If you would like some lists I would be happy to send some to you. They will help as a general guideline...
  13. Could you please send that list to me:) KaitiUSA@aol.com...if it is the Delphi List I have it but if it's not you can never have too many lists
  14. I use Dove shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, barsoap, and sometimes lotion(I try to go with more natural brands alot of the time) Burt's Bees has alot of good gluten-free makeups Giovanni products are great Bare Escentuals makeup I use alot and is wonderful CoverGirl has alot of gluten-free products too If you would like I can send you some lists that...
  15. Don't limit yourself...I mean sure it would be nice but it's not essential. I found a great guy and he is so supportive and helpful. As long as your significant other is understanding and helpful everything is fine:)
  16. Brian~ I am not sure if you have some gluten free lists but if you would like I can send them to you. They are very extensive and then there is a list of brands that will not hide any gluten and clearly list it on the label. Might help as a general guideline for you so you don't have to worry about some things. Coke and Pepsi are gluten free...I do drink...
  17. The blood tests were high so I would definitely think you have celiac. All of the tests were not done but those are high enough and you had symptoms so thats really evidence enough. When you are gluten free you should not do testing because that makes tests inaccurate. If symptoms are now going away that looks like gluten was in fact your problem but do not...
  18. Healthy Choice is a ConAgra brand and they list the allergens so if it has wheat it will clearly say it. I have never seen a popcorn with rye, barley, or oats in it so I would think that is safe. If you are in question you should call. Someone who eats it on here might know.
  19. You don't have to have any symptoms at all to have celiac. I had weight loss but not everyone does. I swear I can lose weight by thinking about gluten containing foods lol.
  20. I would steer clear of it..sounds like it is wheat free but not gluten free. It even sayd barley grass in it. I was told at a health food store one time that Spelt was gluten free which is totally wrong. I don't think that they have the proper knowledge and need to watch what they say.
  21. SPELT=GLUTEN. As said, it is not gluten free! I was told it was too and they are giving out false info by saying that...it is not gluten free at all!!! Stay away from it.
  22. I had extremely bad ones for a while but the diet has seemed to help. Maybe there is another factor involved or something that could help you because if they are anything like mine used to be they are disabling.
  23. Trust me we talk about everything on here so it's quite alright lol. Alot of oats are contaminated but besides that some even react to pure oats. I for one stay away from them. I recently had a problem with something labeled gluten free so ate it and then looked over it and it had oats...well I got sick. So stay away from that...it sounds like you were doing...
  24. Don't quit. It takes time but if you give up things will just get worse. Hang in there and stay positive
