    I was always cold until going gluten-free... I still like warm weather, but I can now tolerate cold better... I use to bundle up/sweat/FREEZE... Long story short, gluten-free cured the sweats....

    Little update here... I got a package from Namaste today with just one bag of mix, not the case of 6 they promised... I'm willing to send (USA) a bag of the of mix from the case that I had an issue with to someone that's willing to try it...

    By all means, check with your GI... One could have an issue with H PYLORI too... There is a blood test for that...

    I still have issue in that area, colon spasams.. I have it narrow down to dairy issues... When I remove dairy from my diet or take Lactase I don'y have an issue.. Hope this helps...

    It was the shoulder pain that went away with the gluten-free die for me.. My foot pain comes and goes, but that's caused by Gout...

    Jenn624, Trust me, some people will never, "Get it".. You may need to take an extra dish to the covered dish event, just make sure you get in the food line first... We have a Social Disability and need to make the best of it..
