    Is there a difference is a bread maker vs. a pan/oven? I see the bread maker is over $200 and I don't have a problem spending this kind of money but if I can get the same results in an oven then why not go that way.

    How many years have you been trying to live a gluten-free life? How often or many times do you think you've been hit with wheat? Anyone been diagnosed with cancer, kidney or liver problems? Have you ever said "what the hell" and just ate something you aren't supposed to? What is your age?

I am currently taking One Nature Made Multi Vitamin in the morning which contains Calcium 10 mg (only 10%) with an additional Nature Made Calcium Magnesium Zinc with Vitamin D which is 333mg of Calcium and then I take another one of these at night.     Just had this for the second day now after lunch. I had a salad yesterday with cheese and tomatos and brown rice today with cheese and tomatos. Then I felt this awful pain in my stomach area.     I drink plenty of water throughout the day and I am not constantly going to the bathroom. I had a gluclose test done which came back fine. Last night I decided to have my last drink of water at 8:15 so I wouldn't have to get up early to go to the bathroom.
