  1. Does anyone know how to get a copy of the show? I missed it and have contacted the station but not sure if they will respond. If someone recorded it, is there a way to make a copy?

  3. I ate Werther's Candy Toffee yesterday and a few times last week because I didn't know they contained wheat and didn't have any problems. I won't eat them again, but was wondering if anyone else ever ate something without knowing it had wheat and didn't have any problems?
  4. That stinks! I just dream of the day where there is a gluten free restaurant that we can all go in and enjoy our food without worring! It is possible to have a successful restaurant without the gluten.

  6. Was diagnosed about 4 months ago. What is the point of going back for a follow up if there really isn't anything more the GI doc can do except tell you to stay away from Gluten. Can't my regular primary care doctor repeat my bloodwork?
  7. I just started taking extra iron with my morning snack which is an apple with p-nut butter and an orange because it has the vit. C that is recommended you take your iron with for better absorption. The problem is I feel bloated after taking my pill. Does anyone else have this problem or can you recommend a better way of getting my iron? Thanks.

So you don't worry about it when they make a sandwich and touch the bread and then touch everything else like the fridge, outside packaging of the lunch meat, mayo jar, etc.? We have a squeeze mayo jar so no knife needed but if I went to use it wouldn't the outside be contaminated just from their hands touching it? I tried to...

    So I have a post called "Holiday Visitors" and most replies say they allow wheat products in their kitchen when they have visitors. So is it ok to have wheat products in your kitchen or not? Or does it just depend on each person? I allow my kids to have cereal, is this ok? I guess if you find yourself getting sick then you could ban wheat from the kitchen...

  16. I read some where that no moons meant a vitamin B deficiency, is this true? Is anyone else missing their moons but tested fine for vitamin B? I have them on my thumbs but not the rest of my fingers. How can my moons be missing if my vit. B is fine?

  21. It was suggested that I may have a problem with oatmeal. My question is, do I have to go back and carefully wash the pot and utensils I used to cook my gluten free oatmeal like I would if I had cooked something with wheat? And since I used my sponge to clean my pan and utensils do I need to get a new sponge?
