  1. Ingredients is 1/2 cup white rice flour 1/4 cup cornstarch 1/4 cup sweet rice flour 2 tbspns granulated sugar 2 teaspns baking powder 1/4 tspn salt 1 large egg 1/2 cup milk 2 tbspn veg. oil I don't have the sweet rice flour. Anything else I can use?

  6. In a bread maker and this is the recipe I found on this site. I just poured it all in the pan of my bread maker and it did all the mixing for me. The recipe directions is for a pan but I went with the ingredients recommended and used Bob's Red Mill Flour 2

  13. I am getting ready to make bread in a bread maker for the first time. Do I have to put the wet ingredients on the bottom (in first) or does it not matter?
  14. My stomach used to do that too and I would say "I am pregnant and it's name is air!" I find that walking for 20 to 30 minutes a day helps bloating.
  15. I am amazed at how much discomfort people have from getting glutened. I have been (I hope) gluten free for about 3 months now, so if I was to get glutened would I feel the pain by now?   17. Udi's is excellent, but too pricey for shipping. I wanted to order 16 loaves but it was $50! I just purchased a Zojirushi bread maker and will try making my own bread. Making your own bread may be the way to go since you will be doing this for at least the next 40+ years.

  21. So if my recipe calls for 1 1/2 cups of brown rice flour 1 cup of sorghum flour 2/3 cup cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of zanthan gum then do I add all those cups up and use that much Domata Flour? Or can I only use Domata flour for specific bread maker recipes?
  22. I am getting ready to bake some bread in my new Zojirushi but have a question on flour. My recipe calls for Brown Rice Flour and sorghum flour. If I order Domata flour, does that replace one or both of these flours? Also, another recipe calls for White Rice Flour and Sweet Rice Flour. Does Domata flour replace these flours?

  25. Have you had a dexascan done yet to check if you have osteopenia or osteoporosis? I was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and Osteopenia (age 40). You may need additional calcium too on top of watching what you eat!
