    I agree with larry mac. The consumer has pushed to get as many gluten free menu choices as we have and we could only hope that more will come. Subway is trying out the gluten free items in the Dallas/Tyler area as a trial run. If this is successful, they will add these choices to other Subways in other cities.     I live in Dallas and can find the Betty Crocker gluten-free cake or brownie mixes everywhere but my SIL who lives in Toronto cannot. Any Canadians/Torontonians out there know if these are available up north?

    I checked the website but could not find out any information about the locations of the Subway stores that will be offering the gluten-free items or even what those items will be.     I heard the nurse telling another staff that she can't eat wheat because of the gluten in it. To me, that means she needs to be on a gluten free diet. She is always complaining of headaches and body aches... now I know why.

    I love sushi but stick to sashimi now. We have some wonderful sushi buffets and I eat only the sashimi, steamed rice. I bring my own wasabi (without wheat) and my own little packets of soy sauce. Other than being full, I have never experienced any problems.

    Katz Gluten Free makes a delicious bun that I use for burgers and grilled chicken sandwiches. You might want to check their website to see where they are sold in Toronto.
