    I just picked up a box of Erewhon Organic Rice Twice Cereal from Sprouts yesterday. It was on sale - 2/$7.00. I can't do milk, so I eat it dry at work for breakfast. It was delicious. It is gluten free and Kosher. Excellent taste.

    I used to love Campbells Tomato soup. I recently had a craving for the Old Fashioned Tomato Rice soup that is no longer around, and being gluten and dairy free I made my own. I can't do onions either so this is what I came up with. I started with homemade chicken broth - maybe a couple of cups or so, but a can or two of Swanson chicken broth would work...

    Sprouts has a sale on flash frozen haddock fillets - Regular 9.00 per pound - on sale for 3.97 so I bought a couple of pounds. I defrosted 1 lb and cut into serving size pieces.     I use the Smart Balance Light. Look for the Parve sign on the side of the carton. That indicates there is absolutely no dairy products in the margarine. I use it in cakes, cookies and frying and it works great. It tastes good too.

    I've been to the Jasons in Plano Texas and had almost the same experience. Even though it was busy, the server was very careful about making my sandwich. I did not have any gluten reactions.     I drink this very occasionally because it gives me terrible heartburn. Has a good buzz and flavor... but Woodcock Green Apple is better. Still gives me heartburn though. I think my GERD is stirred up by apple juice.

    The funny thing is that I was eating them a year ago and although I loved the taste, I got a stomach ache each time I ate them. Thought maybe I was eating too many, so I cut it down to 2 per day and still felt sick afterwards. I haven't had them in quite a while. Maybe it is time to try them again.
