  14. I use the Betty Crocker gluten free mixes and use the Smart Balance Heart Right Light margarine that is dairy free. Make sure there is a U symbol with "Parve" under it on the right side of the name. That means it is absolutely, 100% dairy free. It works great in these mixes.   21. I buy the Cedars gluten free, dairy free, parve hummus with tahini. You can add it to anything to make a creamy dressing. Just dipping glutino pretzels in it makes a fine treat.

There are studies and lots of articles in current publications discussing this absolute topic. Interolerance is as much a real disease as is being full blown Celiac....
