    I have been buying the roasted, salted, wasabi powder soy nuts at Spouts. They indicate they are gluten free and so far it seems like other than giving me some gas, they are pretty good. Has anyone else tried these?

    I buy these and make them for school staff meetings or when we have company. Try popping them in the microwave and topping with ice cream.. even my husband loves them.     I just purchased two different "Bakery on Main" bags of granola. This stuff is delicious. It is Gluten free, dairy and casein free, cholesterol free, transfat free and Kosher. I cut up some strawberries, blueberries and grapes and used a small container of So Delicious vanilla coconut milk yogurt and then sprinkled some of this granola. Talk about tasting...

    Oh..... Mexican food is definitely not something I could do or would do. Probably the food I least like. I live in Dallas so getting away from Mexican food is hard here. Too many ingredients that I can't have because of GERD, IBS or don't like... tomato salsa, beans, onions, seasonings, hot peppers... just not stuff I eat. Thanks for the idea though...

    I have developed a peanut butter intolerance (it makes my lips tingle) so I use Justins Maple Almond butter with the Glutino pretzels.     I buy their cookie dough ice-cream. It is gluten free, dairy free and parve. That means there is no dairy ingredients. That's a good thing to know. If it says Parve... it is casien and lactose free. The cookie dough ice cream is delicious. It's the best gluten-free, dairy free ice cream I have had.

    I like the Udi bread but if you get the chance to buy Katz Gluten Free bread you will be amazed. Their Challah bread is soft and moist, sweet and nutty. It has a texture like banana bread.
