    ARCHIVED Chili's

Last I looked at Applebys on line gluten-free menu, it was like that too. It listed fries as gluten-free but in the small print at the bottom said that they were fried with the onion rings, moz sticks, etc. I wish places like this wouldn't bother. I would rather they said it wasn't possible.
  2. Except for that last bit about having to put the bears down, that was a very funny story. She looks like alot of fun, too. Maybe she could come on the psilly forum & comment.
  3. I would fight with the doc if you are being required to pay for this. He ordered the medically "iffy" tests. You just went by his advice. He is supposed to be the expert.
  4. So he just did blood tests, no actual GI testing? No endoscopy? No Xray? Etc. How does he even know that your stomach is swollen or irrated if he didn't look? I don't see how blood work would tell him that.
  5. You need to find out what test he says he did that diagnosed all those food problems. They may not be legit. I would get the records and another doctor.
  6. You are likely getting gluten from the toaster and any other things like a colander for draining pasta that was used with wheat. Until you really go gluten free, you really can't be certain if you have other foods causing problems, too.
  7. I just posted on your other thread. What test did you have done? This doc sounds a bit suspicious. This might be why you are OK with some of these foods.
  8. Monika- Are you in the US? I think you need to get a copy of all your medical records including any blood test, other tests procedures. What tests did the doc do?
  9. I have heard that purging doesn't get every little bit out. Some may have gotten thru to the small intestine before you purge the stomach. Vomiting doesn't neccesarily completely empty the stomach either.
  10. Hi LO! Tell Tony that Mama Karen is so happy with him! Cooking & doing laundry! He is just like my boys. They are happy to have someone do it for them but can do it if we can't.
  11. Hey Psillies! I think we will like this GFM! She brings snacks! I like the chco ones with red wine & the vanillas with white wine!
  12. I like the K-toos - either Oreo or Towhead.
  13. Part blond? which part? this is my all purpose little guy. He could be a ninja, he can mean I said something I'n hiding from or he also takes the place of letters in a "bad" word. S !
  14. Good job! Don't mention the Pfluid troubles associated with the phlip-over.
  15. Hey GFM! Welcome to the rabbit hole! It is not required to read all the pages just jump right in. Perhaps tell us something psilly about yourself. If your not sure if your life is psilly, that's OK. Tell us somethings & someone will make it Psilly.
  16. Why must companies change a perfectly good product? Even if I can still eat it it might not be the same. I was traumatized as a child when they changed my favorite cereal and the texture was never quite riight!
  17. What are we supposed to do with this one? dizzy Miss Lizzy - Beatles
  18. Are people making some of these up? Country Roads - John Denver
  19. This is all very well & Good but there is still a wheat stalk on my license plate!
  20. I will need soneone who can sing to play me. Or perhaps I can lip sync to Beyonce or Jennifer Hudson? Went to Parent's Day at Boy Scout Camp. SOOOOOOOO HOT! 92 and really humid. No breeze!
  21. carmel coloring in the US doesn't contain gluten, It is one of those annoying myths. Envelope glue doesn't contain wheat, tea bags aren't sealed with wheat paste or any paste, etc. I'm in the KC area/Johnson County. We have older liscense plates that have a wheat stalk on them.
  22. That song thread has proven to be quite popular. Maybe we could kidnap some people from it.
