  1. Can I just say...I like your wit?...okay, I like your wit! :>)Thanks for the giggles.

  2. I know that the little white flecks in my dogs poo means worms. I would take a stool sample to the doc/lab. Especially since you have been sharing a house with kids who had them.
  3. Hey! My hub loved stats! Still is the " Stats Guy" at work. Someone thinks that's sexy?
  4. Have fun! We'll " see" you when you get back!
  5. What are Chevapes?
  6. See? I told you so! Thank goodness.
  7. Could be that one of the grains isn't the quality they want or they are having a supplier problem. Might have nothing to do with gluten. The website says Temporarily out of stock. Probably can't keep up with the demand. They have been praising these things on every gluten-free website. Hopefully, that's all.
  8. Have you tried eliminating corn? or Soy? Some people have reactions to them similiar to gluten. Soy is something you might not use in homemade food, but is in lots of processed foods.
  9. Watch the dates on the posts. This is a 7 year old thread. Not likely the original poster will seel your comment.
  10. You could collect a lot of Trick or treat candy with that thing!
  11. Your right that was the spicy. My old eyes didn't see that tiny print. The regular doesn't list wheat. Odd. You would think they were the same except for some extra peppers.
  12. They are already ripped. Twill just add to the look if they split some more! I think I might dress up as a POW for Halloween. Wonder if anyone will understand? Probably just say. Why doesn't Karen have a costume this year?"
  13. The tea bag thing is one of the "Celiac Myths". If they were made of wheat or sealed with it, they would melt in hot water. Envelopes are not coated with wheat glue either. I have seen it at Walmart & CVS. It is more common than it used to be. My hubs dermatologist recommended it. Its mostly white with blue letters. In a cold cream type jar.
  14. I have not heard of Uncle Ben's Sweet & Sour. In the US vinegar is apple based unless it says malt. Are you in another country? If it lists soy sauce, that could have wheat in it...Just looked at the UK website and the Sweet & sour sauce clearly lists wheat twice.
  15. I don't know alot about the candida so this suggestion may be off but: Why not try plain sparkling water or club soda & add lemon or lime juice?
  16. Ir doesn't show. Click on me & look at my profile page. It doesn't show up. Log out & come back as a guest & click on yourself & you can see what we see. Also - tea bags do not contain wheat. A few teas have barley in them. Cerave is a moisturizer that told me it was gluten-free.
  17. Was everything at the party gluten-free? If not, others could have gotten some gluten in your left-overs.
  18. I get an eye twitch when I need potassioum. I eat a banana & it gets better. Does take a few days to completely stop.
  19. I doubt the wine had gluten. Could have been something else wrong with it. Could have been something else you ate. Could be something besides gluten all together. Those symptoms also go with stomach virus or food poisoning.
  20. Shrooomie, Are you staying in ICV, NV again? If Shroomie goes to the Walmart on the Calif side, the slippers are over dressing. Barefoot is the style.
  21. I believe that many of the POW pics are taken at the Walmarts in Branson & Osage beach, Mo. This is typical beach/ summer clothing styles for the Ozark vacation land.
  22. Perfect Pals is the animal shelter? Did you even explain your situation to them. Maybe they would have something for her. I think you are shooting down ideas before really finding out what is possible. The only reason I keep trying is I worry about your daughter & this negative attitude. The animal shelter here has a thing called "cat socializer...
