    On the old threads, sometimes people are trying to respond to someone or ask a question of someone who posted 5 years ago. Also, ingredients, menus, etc might have changed. I think it's a great way to add a new bakery to a post about gluten-free food in Kansas City, for instance. Keeps all info about Kansas City in one place.

    Whole Foods probably does for Udis what Canyon Bakehouse told me they do for their bread. Canyon ships it frozen except to store in the Denver area ( in town).     I was wondering about baking them for half the time & then freezing. Get one out and sprinkle with water, the salt and bake until done. That's how the gluten frozen pretzels do. Then you could finish cooking them during a party.

    I think the point was, if you know you have a wheat allergy (which the poster has) why bother? It's not that hard to eleminate barley & rye once you have eliminated wheat.

    These sound great! I will have to try these. Its hard to have a gluten-free party with finger foods. These would be good to dip in cheddar fondue. Will have to try the fondue with Redbridge or Greens' or New Planet.

    I googled it on the web. Looks like lots of complaints. I don't know why the GI just said your colon is a twisted mess. See what you can find out yourself? You haven't healed your small intestine? He won't help you any further? A "miracle cure" pill isn't what you need. You need a new GI who knows what Celiac is.
