  1. Having to fix food is frustrating. But a meal can be simple- pre- made hummus, pre-cut carrots & pretzels; sandwich &fruit. Make extras when you do cook : grill extra meat, make extra chili, shred extra cheese, etc. I'm too tired right now, or I'ld rant some, too.
  2. Glad you had fun! And didn't hurt yourself! . Cute pics.
  3. Go to Outback's website. They have the gluten-free menu there.
  4. Maybe, because you work in the store, you could get stuff straight out of the bag before the bulk bin.
  5. Its stange how its labelled. It has some stuff about natural & dairy free & gluten-free. Not with the ingredients just on the side. Does Canada have gluten-free labelling laws? US doesn't.
  6. You could start a new line of products - Jersey Babe
  7. Did you post this several places? I swear I just answered this. Anyway: they have oreos or cookie dough mix-ins. These could still be on the mixer arm or some part of machinery. It's also possible the Reeses were put in a container that yesterday had the oreos in it. Usually these types of desserts aren't safe becAuse of the risk of CC.
  8. They mix all the mix-ins with the same machine. If they have oreos or cookie dough as a mix-in, there could still be pieces of that left on the mixer arm or that metal top the put on the top of the cup.
  9. I like Patti and my answers better.
  10. When your ski coat, ski pants, ski helmet, gloves , boots, googles, and skis all match! That's really hard to do and stay within a budget! You can earn extra credit if your inside shirt, socks and nail polish also color-coordinate.
  11. I wouldn't have asked. Just bring it in. As long as your not sharing with everyone else or bringing in what they are selling (like a soda) why would they care. Don't ask for a plate or silverware since we know they aren't very friendly. Maybe your family would choose a different pizza place that was nicer.
  12. Yea. that's right! I feel very powerful! (evil laughing)
  13. I don't know if these are in Canada but: Progresso is making broths and soups that are labelled gluten-free. Kitchen Basics (in a box) puts gluten-free on the box.
  14. Batten down the hatches! Put out the sand bags! Stock up on wine and snacks!
  15. We are trying to fit in a few days in LA to go to Disney & Catalina Island. J (17) came up with this idea: We should be able to go to the front of the lines because I have a "disability". I said that it doesn't effect my ability to ride a ride or stand in line. He said we have to get the ride seats/cars wiped down before I ride incase some kid had...
  16. The Silk says right on the container that it is gluten free.
  17. Mighty tempting but, um, ah ......
  18. I could be there by 5pm. Only a slight catch.....$900 round trip! Think my hub would think it was worth it for me to get some cake and see a movie?
  19. I think we know one thing it involves, for sure, money!
  20. Happy Birthday, Connie! PF Changs sounds like a great choice. And now the eye thing..... I don't ever want to be on the same airplane as you, on the same road, or drinking out of the same wine box!
  21. Actually, around here it a Visa, Mastercard or American Express. As long as you have one of those, I'm sure my city would welcome you.
  22. Don't think any of us want to be here. Weather nice today 82 no humidity. Weather man just said "Heat and humidity return for the Holiday". I'm sure if you go the the American Embassy near you and explained that this was a Psilly emergency you would be given an immediate Visa.
  23. Fasting will eliminate any disease if you do it long enough. Once you are dead....
  24. Yep, you're special. . Is it all the way across or in a small area? I'm assuming it's not a baby. Is it like a twitchy muscle? I get those sometimes in other places and it usually means I need some potassium. Did you exercise differently or move furniture or something? Pulled muscle is all I can think of. I'm sure others will come up with something...
