  1. He's cute. Do you need the more hypoallergenic dogs? That one probably isn't.
  2. Ww will need provisions as we drive the second half of the country to your house. Has anyone seen the promised itinerary ?
  3. Got a text from camp. Yum!
  4. My understanding is the blood test will be for Celiac antibodies. If you haven't been eating gluten, these tests may not find anything. Seems that some docs call Celiac gluten intolerance or an alllergy. Its not, techically, but some either don't know the difference or say that to make it easier to understand. Go get your blood sugar stuff done. Relax...
  5. Love a black kitty! Hope he charms the other cats.
  6. That's right. She'll have to pick me up first. He might as well join us.
  7. Me too! Cooper likes this one, too. Can you bring him here?
  8. I think that if they don't live anywhere close to each other, send each a card or note. Sometimes people send one to the family that is in the town with the funeral figuring everyone would see it when in town for the funeral.
  9. David, we call these chili cheese fries. We use sour cream instead of Mayo. Yum!
  10. Great name for a black cat/leopard.
  11. Crunchmasters (I have gotten them at Costco but I've seen them other places. Also, Marys Gone Crackers, the pepper ones.
  12. Am stocking up on the wodka and wine! Will put in a special order for gluten-free donut holes!
  13. Sometimes it helps to wait a month or so after going gluten-free. I found I was comparing to the full gluten products. After I have stopped remembering the flavors. Also, found stuff I really liked and would have eaten anyway if I had tried them. My neighbor always gets gluten-free crackers because she likes them.
  14. Connie, Glad to know your brain is "normal" and you are feeling better. This may cause me to lose my Celiac Club membership but: is it possible that Celiac may not be the problem? Just something to ponder while you are going thru all the blood sugar type tests. Yes, everyone, I know you can have Celiac and other illnesses. .
  15. She drives the car to the airport. Takes all the keys with her. Or she could make a grand tour. Stop in Boston, Indiana, then KC, then Texas, then California, Portland, etc. I know I left a few out. She could pick us up as she goes. It could be the Psilly Grand Tour.
  16. Perhaps you have to help your sick friend in Kansas? or Texas? or Portland? Maybe all three?
  17. Looking forward to many hilarious stories.
  18. Last man standing! Wobbling is acceptable.
  19. These Peanut butter cookies have passed the teenager test. They are an Emeril recipe that was on Good Morning America. Good without the choclate chips, too. Let's see if this link will work. Open Original Shared Link Open Original Shared Link doesn't work: Peanut Butter + Chocolate = A Tasty Cookie From the Kitchen of Emeril Lagasse Servings...
  20. Made these last night with peanuts. Yum! I want to try them with PB chips (if gluten-free) or pieces of candy cane. Sent a couple with my hub to my son at Boy Scout camp. Will see if they pass the teenage test.
  21. I'll look for it. Good luck!
  22. Its a big , worldwide drinking game.
  23. The pumpkins have not been recalled. There is still a shortage. We had a bad growing season and most of it was probably used at Thanksgiving. I've seen some organic pumpkin in cans.
