    Ew! Rarely does anyone we would want to see streaking do it. I'm having a craving for meatballs.

    Can you get nuts or seeds that you can keep on hand? Dried fruit? When you open the last bag, you put it on the grocery list. You don't wait until you are out. Have you looked into ordering a few things from Amazon or here? Shipping might be expensive but might be worth it for a few things.

    I found little packets of PB and almond butter at WF. Pricey but lighter than a jar of PB. Skippy used to make little squeeze packs, too (don't know the gluten-free status - is it the same pb or not?). You would need to check the label. There are gluten-free "granola type" bars or protein bars whcich would be easy to keep in purse or car.

    We did look at a house with a lovely wooden dance floor. There is a house near here that looks like a regular 2 story house but it has a full basketball court. That would make a good dance floor.

    I know some vitamins like Bs get excreted if you have more than you need. If you are having difficulty absorbing it, sending a lot down the tube means that the healthy parts of your intestines have a lot of the vitamin to eat.     If you can eat them, I get the little bags of planters peanuts and keep them in the house, my purse, car,etc. I usually get them at a Quick Trip type store. I think you also just have to fix food when you need it and he can re-heat later.

    I forgot this before: I use Cerave - you get it at Walgreens, CVS, etc. When I emailed they said it was gluten-free and it has no fragrance. My hub's dermatologist recommended it. We get the thick cream but I think there is also a thinner version.

    I emailed Avon and got a response on something else. Have you tried that? I don't think the reps have any idea of what is in the products. They might be able to suggest a few to ask corporate about.

    Actually, individual restaurants of chains may not be able to do much. What if we all email the corporate contact email on the same week? I think getting a gluten-free request or inquiry once every few weeks doesn't register. A bunch at a time might make them notice. Pick no more than 5 places or you will lose people.     Need some f book advice. The "MIL" has discovered fb. she wants to friend me. I am really friends with her ex hub and his sister. They were actually FILs step kids he adopted.
