  1. Some nutrition is getting in - just not all or enough. There is usually some parts of the small intestine that are able to take in some nutrition. Thats why I am taking large doses of iron. Some of it has been getting in because it went way up. The idea is to make sure that the part that can digest vitamins has plenty going by to "grab". That said, iron...

Good to see you Jason. Sorry, I don't know anything about this but it sounds like you have a doctor that is trying to help. I'm going to follow this so I can learn somthing.
  3. Oh no!!! They might have to do homework!!! Take the dogs for a walk!!! Clean their rooms!!!! (ok that might be a bit much)
  4. Wow Bunny! That was very powerful.
  5. Mine is 17 & working on it. Very odd feeling - teen girls looking..... Scary.....
  6. Low iron has been a big problem for me off & on for years. Now that my iron is up to almost the low end of normal, I feel so much more energy. Get some sublingual B12 that helps, too & it won't hurt you as we pee out the excess. Sublingual doesn't interfer with other vitamins in your stomach & is well absorbed. Now that I have more energy...
  7. Maybe we could print it on t shirts. Take them to your Mothers of young children group instead of food.
  8. When my kids were little & nothing got done in the house: My job was to tire the kids out & make sure they were alive at the end of the day. Period. Everything else done was a bonus. If Hub comes home & the kids are ready for bed (& alive) - mission accomplished. If we had grocery shopped & done a load of laundry - Bonus. Maybe look...
  9. That's what I did too. Also, Duct tape makes red masking type tape (at Walmart, Tarfet, etc). Put that on your jars or the handle of a pan that's not red. I can take the tape off that jar of jelly & put it into main stream use. This works, my kids "see red" & ask to use. Couldn't find red kitchen sponges so got pink & lavender ones for my pans...
  10. Let me think...(clunk rattle). He's a poster in your lunch room at work? He doesn't look like one of your cardio patients so ... he's a spin teacher at the gym? Your next door neighbor? My next husband? Oops! I give up!
  11. How fun! Sounds like a healthy corn dog.
  12. I have some Natures made (not C) & they are fine. I think there are more fun ways to get your vit C. OJ, lemonade, Vitamin water, juice, an orange.
  13. Rah-chell, were you watching the match? The other alliance did the wave when introduced.
  14. My SIL gave me a recipe for a cauliflower crust. She has made it & said the teens liked it. I saw one I copied on this site for one made of cheese & more cheese (a lot fat option ). Thanks, I'll check it out.
  15. WE WON! I'm so proud. He worked hard for 3 seasons to build these robots. Sniff.
  16. I getting braver. I may try that.
  17. Those robots are more useful then J's. His kicks soccer balls. Here's a robot he will probably make: Open Original Shared Link
  18. Peter, you are truly a fount of knowledge and wisdom. Will pass this recipe on to Hub, as he is the designated pizza maker.
  19. I will try that. Thanks. I think the tapioca has a flavor thats a little odd, not bad, for bread.
  20. I love that! I haven't gone out to eat because I don't think it will be fun or relaxing. Have had Godfathers pizza twice & that was relaxing. Went on Spring Break & had to eat lunch at Wendy's & that was stressful but now I know how to order there (say bad wheat allergy even the ones that don't speak English had been taught that). &...
  21. This robot (guts pictured) just won every match today & is in first place!!
