I can't wait to try this. Maybe a half recipe. Fraid my teens will think its deelish. -
I have a positive blood test for Celiacs but have been eating gluten until I get my biopsy Wed. Then I plan to go gluten-free. Sunday, I realized this was my last communion host & I started to tear up. Suddenly, an eyelash fell in my eye & it was watering from it. I think God is trying to tell me its OK take the wine.

You might ask. I looked at Godfathers sight & still had questions. this is what I found out: pizza & dough made at safe place off site, wrapped & frozen. At store, cooked on special racks on parchment paper, cut with special cutters. Sounded as safe as you can get.

Jason, France usually isn't one of the trouble spots anyway. My best suggestion right now is that you insist they id the bugs. Also, its possible that when they treated them they didn't treat long enough but that kind of stuff can be unpleasant. If I think of anything else, I'll let you know. Karen -

How awful! I used to work in a childrens hospital so based on kids with worms some things to think about: Have you been out of the country even a year before you noticed? (Mexico counts) Drank water on a camping trip from a clear stream? Is your spring water bottles or from your own spring? Do you have pets? If they have some bugs, they can give to... -

That head doen't even look real & solid. Looks a bit like the ghost of Sam H is looking for the guy who cut off the top of his head & took his brains. Probably for scientic research. -

I am just this week starting the gluten free stuff. I realized that I already have many things I make that are gluten-free. I make a beef stew in my crock pot that uses tapioca to thicken. I take chicken, carrots, celery, a little garlic & cook it in Kitchen Basics chicken broth(at my grocery in a yellow box). Take chicken out & cut up small then... -

Main cabinets clean. why is it that a simple job - throwing out a few things - becomes bigger? Had to replace the shelf paper. Messed it up. Went & bought something else to use. Like the wine & choc party thing. Might try that at my house. -

I should b cleaning out my kitchen cabinets. I have to make room for my new pots, pans, cookie sheets, etc. Something good should come from this. I get beautiful new pans & the glutiginous (word?) get the old ugly stuff. I have a bee-u-t-ful ceramic colander made by an artist they get the old plastic one. Sounds fair to me. -

We got about 5-6 inches of snow yesterday here in Kansas City. My 13 year old had to shovel most of it so he says we got 10 inches. Also, I'm naturally "ginger" & try hard & at great expense to remain "ginger." -

Love the penguin & the dog is wonderful. I'll bet he's smart too. -
I know what you mean. I have dry skin but this is a different, almost burning or stinging kind of itch. I saw something that said that some women in menopause get this. I know you are too young but your hormones could be out of whack. I thought that might be why I was having them. I was found to be extremely anemic. After I had been taking massive doses...

Just check the website for Godfathers to see where they have gluten free - its not in every store. Also, when Godfathers gave me the info, they asked if you try the pizza, to let them know how it it: www.godfathers.com/gluten-freesurvey. The lady at Godfathers seemed to really want to make a good product so constructive criticism is good.

ARCHIVED Seems Almost Impossible To Stay Gluten Free

I emailed Panera & got a list of gluten free foods. However, at the end of the email, the guy said (in corporate talk) that he didn't think it was a good idea for me to even go into the restuarant as flour & bread crumbs are everywhere & could even get into a coffee cup. I loved Panera & appreciated the honesty. My glutenfull family will... -

kareng replied to savvysue's topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
With all the chemical ingredients listed on shampoos, makeup & lotion - How do you know where the ingredients came from? I have some lotion that in () after a chemical name says "hops". I've seen shampoo advertised as having "wheat protein". Its soooo confusing. -

I went to your website Vicki. I had a question. What kind of "Gluten free flour"? I know there are lots of different types. I used to like to bake but now some of the ingredients are so odd. My husband always made dinner rolls & pizza crust. He is psyched to make the best gluten free ones as soon as our confusion,at least partially, clears. -
ARCHIVED What Chains Are Offering Gluten-Free Meals Nowadays?
kareng replied to Clark Bent as Stupor-Man's topic in Gluten-Free Restaurants
That's great. That person who owns those franchises in Missouri is willing to do that. When I emailed Chevy's main office(?), I got the above reply that they don't specify gluten free. When we go to Columbia for a game, its good to know I can eat.
