  1. if you have a good chiro, you might start there. I would wonder about positioning in the OR.

ARCHIVED What Else Are They Missing?

make sure you get that refusal in writing..
  4. the fact that the doc referred to it as an allergy is alllll you needed to hear. Please, have more faith in yourself. Do not allow another person this power over you. NO ONE needs dairy products. with appropriate Vit D levels, more is absorbed/kept, requiring less replacement. go back to Gluten free etc and get to live.
  5. could be referred pain, coming from gut/stomache. try gingerale/Maalox.
  6. as laura mentioned, some meds can cause dry mouth, and perhaps you are absorbing them better now. good luck
  7. if you can afford it, modify a space in your home with grab bars/ramps whatever that would allow you to get down and back up again. perhaps a consult with a PT would be in order? don't want to damage shoulders!
  8. make sure they are using the right range for the right time of day....
  9. hmm....steak and eggs with homefries are gluten free....just sayin'.
  10. Angie, not trying to be a nudge....but Vit D is measured in International Units, not milligrams.
  11. I didn't see a way to comment on the article.....but the few that did, covered the bases...lol.
  12. how old is this child? remember, not everything is gluten related.
  13. go to pubmed....there are a few citations.
  14. don't worry about the B12, you are not absorbing what is in the multi any way....are you taking it (the plain B12) on an empty stomach?
  15. it might be a bit of a stretch but might that teacher who threatened her about the twizzlers be guilty of assault?
  16. are your in laws on a fixed income?
  17. well, mom, she may not be that drama queen you call her. and the blood tests you list are not the whole panel. someone will be along to list that for you. breaking bones like that is just not normal, nor is tendonitis. is she small for her age? if she is menstruating, is the pain at mid cycle, or all over the place? time wise.
  18. that TSH is high, that could explain the dry brittle hair. and, of course, that is very incomplete testing.
  19. berries are generally lower on the glycemic scale, I think.....
  20. and typical of what I have heard of the ins plan....
  21. now it makes sense.
  22. was your blood testing after being gluten free?
  23. what is the gluten in rice?? more likely the chicken?
