  1. What usually helps is enough water, eliminating dairy and adding fiber to your diet. I assume that prunes do a good job as well but for those (like me) who hate them try supplements containing Psylium Husk!
  2. I'd suggest you try Katz Gluten Free White Bread or Large Challah Rolls. I can gaurantee you won't regret!! They're defrosted in no time but taste even better when toasted.... Unbelievable how it tastes like the "real" sandwiches I sorely miss!
  3. When I went Gluten Free I literally fell into bed every afternoon and slept fpr gppd few hours. And what worried me the most was that I didn't have trouble falling asleep again at night.... At first I couldn't figure it out but after few inquires I learnt that it's very usual for your body to react this way when geting used to a complete new diet.
  4. Personally never tried Pamela's but I say that you don't have to stop eating it now if you didn't react to it ever exceppt if you find out that you can't have millet. Pamela's sounds safe since many on this forum eat it.
  5. I agree that it's the only explanation since the ingredients sounds safe! though you might want to check with a nutritionist (who is well familiar with Celiacs)regarding any other allergy you might have like lactose, eggs...
  6. I need to start my day with a regular breakfast.no snacks, muffins, or fruits... I use the Katz Gluten Free White Bread or Challah Bread. It's delicious, satisfies my hunger pangs, not crumbly. Along with some spreads and veggies it is the perfect breakfast. Oh! how could i forget to mention my coffee....

  9. The brand I trust is Katz Gluten Free since they are a dedicated Gluten Free, Nut Free, and DAiry Free facility. Along with that, their ingredients are so easy to understand and know what you're eating.
  10. Though I tried the Udi's Bread and was fascinated it's not to compare to my favorite Katz Gluten Free Sliced Challah Bread and White bread. The ingredients are pure ( great plus for me), the texture is unlike any other gluten-free bread I tried so far, and I just thaw them n eat them without toasting... you should check their website for a store in your...

  21. For the breads i tasted so far: Food For Life Brown Rice Bread is the worst i ever had. Ener-G Foods White Rice Loaf has a looong way to go in order for me to try it ever again.
