  1. I react to even the smallest amount of potato flour. You may want to try a flour mix that does not have potato flour in it and see if that makes any difference.

  8. I cant eat eggs. Most breads have potato starch in them so they are out. Some times I have just leftovers from dinner for breakfast so tomorrow breakfast will be ground lamb,snow peas,carrots,mushrooms,red onions, bok-choy and brown rice stir- fry
  9. If I could make a suggestion,,,, Check your fish oil,vitamins,corn cereal and rice crackers to see if they are soy /dairy free. Also try dropping the white potato in favor of sweet potato and see if that helps. The coffee may also be an issue, it was for me.   11. Some Doctors are not very knowledgeable about celiacs and gluten intolerances Once you rule out any other possibilities problems,try going gluten free. It wont hurt anything to go gluten free. It just may help.

  17. Enjoy Life is one of the few cookies that I can get in my area that I can tolerate. Enjoy Life made in a dedicated bakery wheat,dairy,peanut,tree nuts,egg,soy,fish ,shellfish,casein,potato,sesame and sulfites free. ( I just happened to have a pack of chocolate chip cookies from enjoy life on my desk :lol: )
  18. I first thing I would do is get a copy of the test results that were "suggestive of celiac's". If you feel comfortable post them here. we can help you interpret them. Now I can not tolerate soy.I become extremely ill with even the tiniest amounts of soy. Everyone is different,you may not have a problem with soy but for some of us it is a BIG problem .
