  12. It took me 40+ years and one very wonderful GI doc to get my "official" diagnoses. The only reason I even pursued an official diagnoses was to (hopefully) make things easier for my children and grandchildren . Do YOU need the second opinion? How do you feel gluten free?. With or with out an official diagnoses ( a positive biopsy is an Official diagnoses...
  13. First of all, it has only been a week. It will/may take longer than that to clear out reactions you have had.Try to be patient with your self and your body. As to a diet set in stone , there is not any one thing that works for all of us. We are all different and have different issues and intolerances ( the exception being gluten ,of course) I did an elimination...

  24. feeling well and being able to enjoy life is SOOOOO much better than a iPad or new summer wardrobe, the new pans will DIFFIDENTLY be worth it, I love my new stainless steel ones but I do have a nonstick frying pan(putting that off limit to gluteney things would be a good idea) *just a note: shared strainers for reg pasta and gluten free pasta is NOT...
  25. as kareng suggested concentrate on severing naturally gluten free foods in your home. As to children that do not live in your home, unfortunately as I have found out with my own son, there is not much you can do except be an example for them. Personally, I would restrict contact between the older son and the 15 year old . That kind of destructive influence...
