    Use LOVE2's recipe link but to skip a step, and save time, I use Hellman's canola oil mayo. It is very good for jar stuff!! and no soybean oil (yaay!) Lea and Perrins's worcestershire is gluten-free and soy free. The mustard and hot sauce should not have soybean oil either. As you can tell, I have been avoiding soy myself for a long time...
