I also have laid low and, I think because of recovery, have been too exhausted to invest in relationships that are wearing. It has gotten somewhat better especially as the diet kicks in. But, I hear ya.... That sucks! Yes, and I hope you did treat yourself.. you know, that new purse.. -

My guess is that it's the elimination diet... (right Bea?) When I asked my doctor about food intolerances, she just passed it over by saying, "oh, there are so many food allergies that you just have to figure it out yourself by taking them out of your diet." Thank you, I'll get right on that. -
Something.. I think dairy and acidic foods but I'm not sure, starts a whole series of sick feeling and an awful headache with sharp pain. I have taken acetaminophen but.. I was not thinking at all and didn't even look to see if it had gluten in it... but it killed the pain for 3 hours. It came back with a vengeance when I ate gluten free spaghetti sauce...

Join the club . I am part of a support group.. one person diagnosed 11 not. And very few have any luck getting taken seriously. Doctors will catch up when they start diagnosing their own gluten intolerance.. -

You know.. chinchillas are amazingly brave. If you are sure your dogs won't do the 'bite shake' thing, they might really enjoy each other. Do you know how to get to the correct file (as in your photos... not your documents)? If you did and are in the right place then it sounds like perhaps your photos are not the correct format. They have to be gif,jpeg,jpg,swf,png files. When you browse and go to your files, they should should display if they are the correct type... You may need more techy...
