  1. I say it was the bread machine, especially if he's had dairy and whatnot before. Been there done that and got a post card from CC from a bread machine
  2. Did you spacifically have the celiac panel done? It has a tendency to pop up with other autoimmune disorders.
  3. mmm i'm thinking its more of touching the oven (gluteny hands and whatnot) that might have gotten you.
  4. Generally, some celiacs are fine with soy; others are not. Its the same with dairy and nightshades; some people can handle them and others not.
  5. Also, some flavored coffees and teas have it as well.
  6. Its been known dear Honestly, we'll all die of something, one way or another. This isn't something i'm going to worry about. The only thing i've been doing now then before is washing my rice (good practice anyway).
  7. I dropped the hint to my family I'll look into those, for now i'll stick with my metal ones its just frustrating lol
  8. prunes generally will imo. Eat four of them and give it a few hours and you'll be going rofl. Back when i had C constently, prunes were the only thing that got me going.
  9. a soup of some sort probably, its another icky day.
  10. I second the prunes. I eat sunsweet and they taste like candy
  11. The convinence mostly.... but... if i HAVE to make a list: Crossont rolls maple glazed doughnuts egg rolls Japanese food in general (yes yes i know i can make my own but still) Red lobsters stuffed mushrooms french bread cinnimon life cereal honey nut cheerios (NOTHING REPLACES THIS...my poor lost self, the stuff of my childhood)....
  12. So after discovering that my second slotted spoon melted somewhat (only discovered AFTER i ate dinner, there goes my stress , but it didn't look like it had gotten into it rather just accumulated at the end of it), i am now out two utencils. I never leave them in the pot when i cook (they have thier own plate). I guess thats what happens when i buy cheap...

    ARCHIVED I

Believe it or not, the gas is normal rofl your supposed to go about that much every day. The rest, however, is something that would probably have a gluten cause. So you won't test mmm? It can be genetic, ya know. Just a tidbit of info.
  17. I love vanicream
  18. I'm 22 if that helps any. But, yep, it stinks when doctors and who have you don't listen to ya.
  19. Lets see: I wash hands very often. I do not eat outside of my apartment with the exception of the small snack i must eat on mondays (8-12 then 1-7pm classes, no choice but to). But when i do, i ocd clean my hands and walk around with clean hands in my sleaves rofl. I do use a dishwasher as standing and doing dishes (even with gloves) kills me due...
  20. Oh indeed, i can go spend about $60 and have more food then i did when i was on gluteny stuffs. So much easier.
  21. I had cereal, was not up for cooking tonight.
  22. withdrawl is fun isn't it? At any rate, as for the heartburn, do what the others have said and eat smaller meals more often. This is something i have to do to keep my GERD in line.
  23. Withdrawl and its months afterward are fun, no? Its annoying sometimes. I checked out the new eatery on campus (supposably had gluten free stuff) and found naught a thing. Oh well. look at it this way, when you make your goodies yourself, there is some sort of pride thing going on there.
  24. As far as coffee is concerned, ive only heard that the flavored ones may have it. Always double check.
  25. numbness in mouth indicates an allergy :/ Be careful please. It takes time, some people take up to two years to get back to something "normal". It took me over a year.
