  1. oh thats not good
  2. Well, i fixed some last night and washed the heck out of it (looked up a youtube vid on how to do it). It tasted better
  3. WIthout mine, i can get upset stomachs with fatty and greasy foods. :3 BUT no pain! Mine had a blocked duct in it, but it was never specified what blocked it O.o
  4. Ugh this sucks. I'm bloated, my stomach is trying to kill me, my wonderful monthly gift decided to show up again, my tounge is irritated, and i'm in the middle of a philosophy class. Two hours of sleep is not fun. Im thinking it was the pills. I do fine with pb and honey along with my corn tortillas. Same with chex and soup. I hooe it isnt the cranberry...
  5. Well, its currently 3 am where i'm at and i can't sleep at all. I feel like, in whatever position i lay, i'm goin to fall, my limbs feel fatigued, as do my eyes. My allergies are going as well, so thats not helping any. I cannot for the life of me figure out why. The night before last i had to stay up and only get like 2 hours of sleep due to homework...
  6. Oh hun I've had a skin condition for a long time, that for whatever reason, acts similar to achne. Bumps with core like things that usually dissipear immedently afterwards. However, it also has a lovely ability to produce massive cyst like things that are right on the skin surface, bust, hurt, pus, etc. It doesn't matter how much i scrub, lotion, do...
  7. -sigh- You need to understand that there is no definenent answer for anything. One day your body might be okay with something and the next it decides it no longer likes it. Regardless of how many "Challenges" you do, it seems that the results are the same. It is like someone who has loved seafood all their life suddenly has a major allergy with it for...
  8. There is no ryme or reason behind it. At this moment, i still can't get why your putting yourself through all that hell.
  9. Ditto to whats been said, but also Check vitamins and medications As well as shampoos, soaps, laundry, etc. There are gluten free pastas, breads, cereals (chex is lovely), etc... Be careful with spices, expecially mixes. If a condiment container has been used for gluteny things either toss it or give it to a friend and buy new. Some things...
  10. I generally make some homemade chicken soup with carrots and onions. Boil chicken shread chicken add back to pot add baby carrots and onions cook till tender season to taste Yes, this probably sounds bland but it works when your sick :3 I do the same with beef as well, but it gets pan seared first, kinda like how you do a pot roast.
  11. Oh how i wish i lived in that area. A french dip sound soooo goooooood.
  12. You mean to say i can actually make a pie now O.O
  13. i'm putting my money on the flour blend. Have you used it before? Also, vitamins and whatnot can occasionally contain gluten.
  14. Wear a mask if it bugs ya :3 Honestly, in my experience (had to redo a whole trailer at one point with lots of drywall), it doesn't really fly, it just sort of drops to the ground. Now, if you were sanding or something i'd suggest wearing something more.
  15. I love acorn squash, put a bit of brown sugar on it or even mince up an apple to add to it and yum :3
  16. pork and apples go really well together. I love pan searing a piece of pork, then cooking the apples up with brown sugar. Squash would be good with it too. Making something with chicken tonight, probably another soup, probably will put carrots in it. Then cook up (perhaps see how i feel) another acorn squash. Most likely will have rice with it as well...
  17. Sorry i don't take it, my mother nearly died from it due to an allergic reaction so none here :/ Why not tolenol?
  18. O.O i couldn't have sworn i read that they did somewhere Is this list accurate for what they have? GlutenFree Bakehouse
  19. Ditto on the benadryl. I always have some on hand becuase of my lovely family history. Another thing to try is if you haven't had a food in the while, put a little of it on your wrist then wait for half an hour or so. The same sort of concept that i've heard parents do to test their infants if they have peanut allergies. If nothing happens, go ahead and...
  20. Oh thats gotta stink I've gotten belly aches from them before though.
  21. I'm in the vote of it doesn't like me group. Anything bean related makes me bloat something fierce.
  22. i've yet to have an issue with it, but i'll keep it in mind. Eh, depends on what type of equipment it is.
  23. I'm avoiding chocolate atm, but i normally eat hearshy stuff. Here: Hershey is committed to providing products that meet your dietary needs, and many people today are interested in gluten-free foods. A food bearing a gluten-free claim does not contain the protein from wheat, rye, barley, spelt, kamut, triticole, farina, vital gluten semolina, malt...
  24. I save quite a bit. I generally stick with whole foods like the others, meats, veggies, apples, rice, etc. More often than not i do not buy the gluten free stuffs. The only things i regulaly buy is rice chex, my pasta, and bisquick.
  25. Is their bakery in general good? I mean the last time i was there was pre-diet change, so yeah :/ I've been kinda wanting some muffins or what have you, but have been somewhat hesatent about it.
