    Tonight we're having breakfast for dinner. Pancakes and sausage.     Waffle irons are all a matter of preference. I personally have a Belgian one. It makes lovely waffles that are light, fluffy and airy on the inside and crispy on the outside.

    I wrote alfredo on my dinner planner. (I'm trying out ways to be responsible, not sure if I'm a fan.) I don't do alfredo for a variety of reasons, so I'm going to do plain old spaghetti.     That's a really cool idea, I just wish it wasn't glass. I have one glass cutting board I bought on the premise that it couldn't get CC'd and I can't stand the sound of cutting on it. It's beautiful though, and a great gift for people who like glass cutting boards, shared house or not.

    Oh right, so I made chili last night and I didn't know how it would turn out because I've never made chili before. Apparently chili is idiot proof, and it was amazing.
