  6. Aaron, There is a book that really goes into the details of Celiac and its related disorders. Its called "Celiac Disease: A Hidden Epidemic" and was written by Dr. Peter Green of Columbia University. For me (age 25), it really helped me to see it all "in black and white" and have a reference guide to go back to. You can order it online through amazon...
