    MANY chains who post their menu do not post their prices because 1. they may change and 2. they may vary based on location. So, no, its not a ritzy restaurant.

    cbs evening news...national news usually comes on at 6:30 (after the 6:00pm local news) Some places it comes on at 7 (those who have full one hour 6:00 local news...but usually that is only in bigger markets)

It is grown in fields where wheat is not grown, and processed on equipment that is not shared by wheat (these two places are where the contamination usually happens). However, the problem for *some* is due to the fact that the oat protein is very similiar in structure to the gluten protein. So there are two main issues...

    I do not know of one offhand, but I swear I saw a posting of a recipe for a "mock" soy sauce recipe on this board at one point. Maybe someone remembers and can post the link? Its hard, I know! Hopefully someone can help out. good luck!

    Susan, See my signature for all the million and one things that I have since cut out. It's a bland diet that I am living on right now. I'm extremely sensitive to even derivatives of these foods, plus many unidentified things. Maybe I'll check out the OMG thread. Thanks, girl.
