    Yes, wheat is hidden in so many things. BBQ sauce is one of the many things it is hidden in, soy sauce is a bad one too. There are BBQ sauces without wheat though and I am sure someone will come along and tell you which too try. I can't have tomatoes or I would suggest some for you. Welcome to the board.

    It is truly difficult for some people to understand that something they eat with no problem could actually make another sick. They just can not phantom the thought.     I emailed the company on the bottle when I purchased an Equate brand. If it is produced by a lab called Perrigo Labs, their products are gluten free. I am taking Equate Loratadine and it is gluten-free. Tylenol Sinus is gluten-free, that I know.
