  1. Good to hear that there is some life left in you Sarah....there's hope! There is always room to appreciate the finer things in life.
  2. Cool! I remember when he was a wee pup. I knew him BEFORE he was famous.
  3. Drinkable wine would not be found at a drug store. I suggest a wine store or your local grocery store. All wines are gluten free and as sickchick mentioned, organic wines should not have sulfites. Sulfites are not gluten related, though. For a cool summer drink, you might want to try some 7-up, a healthy splash or red wine and a couple orange slices...

  5. Modified Food Starch is generally derived from corn unless other wise stated as in "Modified Food Starch (wheat)" in the US. Barley, malt or rye are not players here.
  6. Yes, a classic example of a seriously ill informed doctor...grrrrrr. Welcome to the club! Wrap your arms around a totally gluten free diet and feel better.
  7. gfp - remember that "Ignore" setting? I suggest you use it, rather than be rude to other members. There are many acceptable methods to disagree, being insulting is not.

  9. We have many denominations represented on this forum. Many of those denominations offer communion.
  10. You will have to read the label. But you should know that any Hershey products that list "natural flavor", the company will not disclose the source. So there is no way to determine whether products that list "natural flavors" are gluten free or not. I personally don't support companies who support their suppliers, rather than the people who buy their...

  13. Patti, I corrected my post to refer to Tylenol Extra Strength PM. Can you check on the "PM" status for me? Thanks you ma'am.
  14. Tylenol EXTRA Strength PM is not on the gluten free list, but Tylenol REGULAR Strength PM is listed as gluten free. Has anyone gotten these mixed up and had "issues"? Does Tylenol EXTRA Strength PM bother anyone? Thanks, (I unintentionally left out the "PM" in my Subject Post)
  15. I hope that all of our members in the Gulf Region remain safe from Gustav. Hitting at a Category 4 (more than Katrina) the storm serge will overtop the levies. Storms like these can move one heck of a lot of water. I've been through a Category 2 direct hit and it is truly is terrifying. I can't fathom a Cat 4. dksard, be safe!! (and please consider...

  19. I think that four cheese pizza from Picazzo's was the best pizza that I have ever had. Granted, I have never been a fan of pizza, but I do love Picazzo's. Unfortunatly, we don't have Picazzo's in this part of the country. I can't offer you any other recommendations. I am not fond of any premade, gluten free pizza crusts.

  23. How about this one Amanda. It's a few doors down from me and it may be worth relocating. I think 2,000.000.00 cash could buy it. Open Original Shared Link (BTW this is the house that we saved from development, says I with a very proud role)
  24. Let me add that, monosodium glutamate may not be good for you, but it is not gluten related.
