Open Original Shared Link Crestor contains no gluten ingredients, but they do not test. In other words, they do not test the ingredients from their suppliers. In my humble opinion, that is a CYA Statement and I personally would have no concerns. But that is always a personal judgement..

I has gastritis when I was diagnosed with Celiac. After a year on the gluten free diet, I no longer needed any perscription antacids (which I took twice daily).

Yoplait is gluten free with the exception of the ones with cookies and granola. There have been reports of random gluten free labeling, but I don't believe it has anything to do with the contents. -

I would suspect that it is NOT gluten free. People here try very hard to be accurate when recommending a gluten free product. But, to be totally safe, be good at reading labels or company confirmations. -

Campbells has little soups available. Chicken Broccoli Cheese and Savory Lentil are gluten free as of May 06. So please read the ingred. Thanks for posting that. -

I don't think that we need to have a general consensus as to what we call gluten. Does it really matter? neesee, I would assume that you refer to gluten in a manner that your grandson could understand and most likely "rat poison" would be a little severe. How you choose to make reference, is your business. How others choose, would be their choice. ...

Mark, You are still fairly new to the diet. It may take some time before foods "stick". I would concentrate on being gluten free for now and deal with other issues once you are clear of all gluten. Keep things simple for now. -

I am happy for you that you seemed to have an enjoyable time at Fat's Asia Bistro. When you said that the server requested that your fried rice be made with LESS soy sauce, you really lost me. For true celiacs and those with gluten intolerances, less mean getting sick. Many here are very sensitive and the least bit of gluten or simply some cross contamination...

Maybe you're looking too hard. La Choy is gluten free and can be found almost anywhere and as you mentioned San-J Wheat Free Tamari, is gluten free. -

Welcome and we're glad that you found this site so informative. I am not a fan of the doctors you have been seeing. There are three ways (to date) for Celiac testing. 1. You can have an IgA Antibody Blood Panel. 2) An endoscopy/biopsy exams can confirm Celiac, but it is often hit or miss. 3) Positive dietary response could confirm Celiac or Gluten... -

You may have a wheat allergy which results in your symptoms. Cross contamination must be a issue for you. For people with celiac or gluten sensitivities, taking the chicken off the bread is a big no no.

Welcome Maggie, You won't find a better place to learn about Celiac. You will find great help here. You already have a diagnosis of Celiac with positive blood work. An endoscopy can also confirm with a biopsy and sometimes visibly. Let us know if we can help you with anything.
