Open Original Shared Link Here is a site that might have the answer to your question. I am sorry that you aren't doing well. Can we help in any way?
  2. Open Original Shared Link https://www.celiac.com/categories/Safe-Glut...3B-Ingredients/ This is a great beginner site. Welcome to the Club!
  3. I don't think that you can get any better help than from this site - and it's free. Start on the first of the week. List everything you eat in the categories of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Record your reaction. When you develop a pattern with a food and a reaction, you may have a conclusion. Don't forget your toiletries and suppliments.

  5. I would think it unwise to use a used bread machine. The risk would be too great for cross contamination. The best of the best bread recepies is on this site. It's "Lorka's Bread Recipe". I have not tried it, but it gets rave reviews from many here. Here are a few to look at: https://www.celiac.com/categories/Gluten%25...-Bread-Recipes/

  11. Open Original Shared Link Here is some contact information in your area. Many times once the reaction begins you just have to ride it out. The BRAT diet can be soothing - Bananas, Rice, Apple Sauce and Tea/Toast. Plently of water might help the system flush itself. All this is assuming that her discomfort is caused by gluten or cross contamination...
  12. Where are you located. There might be a suppot group in your area. You won't find a better site for information about Celiac then here. Please take some time to read some posts. It has been a lifesaver for me when no one around me knew anything about what they said I had.

  14. Joe, Yes as Gulia mentioned there could be a high risk for cross contamination with the PB. I also would like to mention that it might be good for you to eliminate one thing at a time - for some time- in order for you to identify an issue. If you drop several things from your diet, it will be hard to decipher the source giving your an issue.
  15. It is a safeguard against spam. Try to write the site and put d.o.t.s between the letters.
  16. We have a pot luck dinner with five couples and our now adult children. I found out today that the Turkey will be stuffed. 24. I remember asking a few times, if they had a dedicated fryer. I got the "deer in the headlights" look. Turned around and said to myself "nope, not me". Anyway... I will eat McD's fries on occasion.
  25. I would expect that it would depend on how quickly a person was diagnosed. A biopsy can also be a determination of Celiac.
