I know I've written alot of personal stuff on this forum and sometimes wonder if it's wise..but we all have our crutches on here in out in the real world for sure.     I so agree--your panel says celiac...what's left to figure out--i know your scared of the cysts too..one think at a time and don't forget to BREATHE SLOWLY AND BE GOOD TO YOURSELF. I WAS OBESE AND FOUGHT IT ALL THE TIME AND ONLY AFTER THE CELIAC PANEL CAME BACK INCONCLUSIVE..NOT HIGH ENOUGH NUMBERS (YOURS WERE OFF THE CHART) I STARTED THE gluten-free THING...

I paid thousands in 'short term' disability insurance at work for 15 years..and of course when the lay-offs came and my surgery was coming up...i got the dreaded pink slip. All that $$ and they kept every penny. I was an easy one to 'pick off' My drs. actually pleaded...

I finally found the thread on birding before we left and saw your resturant and today my chiro told me that have a gluten-free rice pasta and some cheese her son ate. will post later. did find some places and did the Ugle Mug on Washington Sq.     Lindalee--there is a place called Rio Station..I think outside of Cape may where we had a great gluten-free meal but it was just steak b/potato and salad with my dressing. they seemed to listen and care. It's pricey tho. j

    Hi the Wegmann's in Doylsetown --talked to the chef himself and he said this 'soup' in to 'cafe' was gluten-free to eat. went all over the ingred. and PROMISED ME IT WAS gluten-free. I ATE IT ..20 ON THE LONG RIDE HOME I WAS SICK AS A DOG. CALLED THE NEXT DAY..TALKED TO SU CHEF AND SHE SAID IT WAS NOT gluten-free HAD WHEAT AS A THICKNER. I DON'T TRUST...
