  1. I drink coconut water every day without issues and eat almonds without any problem so I'm thinking no...but who knows.

  3. Reading your signature...saw the gallbladder thing and it made think. I had mine out on February 12th...and now I remember being told that getting that out caused some people to have more difficulty with fats. I'm really kind of thinking it's that. So glad I posted this.

  6. I kind of figured....just wondering if anyone would pop up and say , "I always feel bad when I eat coconut flour." Or something like that.
  7. I eat eggs on their own and in other things without issues though. I don't know...It's constantly frustrating. Feels like I get one thing figured out and something else happens.
  8. Hey all...a little over a month ago I made bread from Against All Grain. I was really excited to try it because I've been missing bread. Got all the ingredients...made it. It was decent. Wouldn't want it for a turkey sandwich, but toasted with preserves it was good. I ate a few slices over a couple of days and then started not feeling well. Froze...
  9. I'm sorry...it's hard to find out you're doing it to yourself. You work so hard and it can be one thing... and it throws you off. I also found it easier at first...struggling the past month...diagnosed in January.
  10. Isn't that frustrating? I'm glad I didn't buy all that stuff now. I only have an all purpose flour now from Better Batter. I wonder if it works better to do all of the individuals.   11. Hi coffngirl...what flour are you using? I haven't tried anything from bakes bread because it called for such expensive stuff...that expandex and some kind of protein isolate. But I baked the French bread from her previous cookbook using Better Batter without issues. I also found a good gluten free french bread on allrecipes.com that I liked even better...
  12. I've had issues 3 times since being diagnosed in January. The first 2 times I had eaten out and I'm fairly sure I was glutened. The third time I just don't know. But I went back to eating 6 things...chicken, rice, bananas, berries, potatoes and sweet potatoes. Then after a couple of days I added carrots and asparagus. Then the next day added another...

  20. Your husband sounds like a wise man. I know what you mean about things tasting awesome! After days of only eating the same few things, the carrots and asparagus yesterday were soooooo good!
  21. Totally. And I want to thank you for your food suggestions yesterday. I was down to my last sweet potato...a scary thing when you're only eating like 6 things, right? So, I went to the store and grabbed some asparagus too. For lunch I had some steamed carrots with my chicken and rice. For dinner I made sweet potato fries as you suggested...yum....
