1. Oh Paula, what a scarey dream!!! I have very vivid lifelike dreams too, and they can be pretty disturbing at times, lol.

I slept okay...I woke up a bunch like I usually do, but went back to sleep each time until around 3:30ish...I have to get up at 4:30 so if I wake up around 3:30ish and look at the clock, I usually end up not going back to sleep. I have the clock covered, so I have to decide to look at the clock, and I always wish I hadn't.

Sounds like you'll do pretty well on the diet once you get the hang of what you can and can't have.

I'm having a rough morning...I REALLY want coffee with the little mocha creamers they have here. Bad on so many levels for me. So far I've managed to NOT have any, lol. I'll go down in about 10 minutes and walk on the treadmill and once I'm past that point it'll be pretty safe, lol. I just have to occupy myself for 10 minutes. :P

  2. Sherry, that's interesting about wearing the same line. I noticed that my eyes haven't itched or burned at all when I was wearing all the EM stuff...they burned a little when I had some BE eyeshadow on with the ED stuff. But, I still think there's something in the BE stuff that irritates me because I was wearing all their stuff for a long time, and eyes would burn.

I haven't tried the Ecco Bella stuff yet. I have to use pro active since my skin is so prone to breakouts. :(

  3. (maybe I should be saying this...lol, it's probably like Donna with the bandaid itching!).

Hey, it seemed to work every time I posted something, lol.

I agree about yoga being harder than weight lifting. That's one reason why I haven't been able to get into yoga...it hurts, lol.

He said he would support me in everything i do and he said he was happy that i had friends like all of you to get this information from. He just wants me back to the fun energetic person he fell in love with 11 years ago. I am so blessed to have such an wonderful husband. I just had to share with all of you.

That's fantastic Paula!! It really DOES make all the difference to have someone support you in that way!

Makes me think I need to have Mitch go through the hair analysis as well as doing an update on mine......with all our spare money right? :P

Yeah...all that spare money...I'm right there with ya. :( Thanks for posting that info!

Would organic everything be better for me to. I do organic veggies and fruits, just have never for meats.

Generally, if you can afford it. I buy my meats (well everything really) at Whole Foods, but I don't buy the "organic". All of their meats (or so the sign says, lol) are antibiotic/hormone free. I should be buying the organic grass fed, but they don't have the leaner ground beef, so I buy the other.

    1. What's humaworm and what's it for?

I see that Carla answered already, but I just wanted to add that I took it for the same basic reason that Carla did. I have had a problem with klebsiella and other mysterious bacterial infections, so I decided to try it. I was almost certain I had parasites as well, so it seemed an economical safe way to go, especially since we had Carla as an online test case, lol.

  4. Joni, that's GREAT news indeed!!!! Yay! And, psssttt...I don't think it's two much to ask, lol, we need just as much help with that as we do foundations. For the picture did you have to take the picture in natural light? Of course, I think I found my best shade so I'm not too worried, but I'm thinking it would be interesting to see what they pick.

You know, the funny thing about me wanting to fix myself up...it's feeding the positive side of things so that makes me feel better, and when I feel better I want to fix myself up, lol

Donna, it's great that you are feeling better! Has other people noticed the changes?

    ...

Well, I'm now off to an open house party!

Hope you're having fun at your party in your fabulous makeup, lol. Yes, other people are noticing. No one has said anything about me wearing makeup, but in the last couple of months, my mother has noticed that I have more color (even without makeup)...she said I was looking so pale and sick, but now I look healthier. My aunt has noticed that I don't look as tired and worn out. Some of my friends have mentioned that I seem to be feeling better too...they've all been gone so they haven't seen the new makeup yet. :P

  5. My problem is with the casein and nope, I can't have yogurt. I've tried goat milk yogurt because some think the casein is different enough, but I still react to it. I was able to have an ocassional sheep milk yogurt, but that's starting to react as well. :(

  6. Donna, am I remembering right - is it you who's into beading? I've 'inherited' a whole lot of beading stuff and just made my first pair of earrings :D Hopefully I won't be allergic to them!

Great memory! Yes, it's me, but I've slowed down quite a bit in the last year for some reason. Isn't it fun though! I'd LOVE to make my own earrings, lol. Hopefully one day, once I'm less toxic, I'll be able to wear some again!

I actually had plans for Xmas Eve but before I left I took my Ketotifen and ate my beef and peas. Right after that I was pretty much knocked out by the ketotifen since I had just started taking it.....so much for my plans.

Ah, but see, at least you're THINKING about doing stuff...you actually made plans!!! Bet it won't be long before you actually get to go. :P

well some days it is a lara bar

    some ham and chips

    or tuna and chips

sometimes its fruit in the juicer

    some days its just chips

Yeah, mostly processed. I can get away with a Lara bar as long as I've been eating fairly well. Also, a lot of starch/sugar.

I think also that some reactions can be synergistic, so the processed grains for me (flours) cause problems and then throw sugar in there with them and it's a MAJOR bloat fest

Yeah, it seems to be more and more that way for me...

  7. Okay, I think I've figured out why I'm so excited about all this. It's been YEARS since I've really taken an interest in "fixing myself up". I mean I try to look nice, but just haven't been interested, nor felt good enough, nor had the energy to actually put on makeup except for special ocassions, Sundays, and sometimes nights out with the girls (although in the couple of years, not even for THAT).

I think I'm FINALLY feeling well...MUCH better than even last year, so this new makeup is just exciting! It's sparked a new interest in actually primping, lol. Suddenly, I've had thoughts of fixing my HAIR. OMGOSH, what's next! :P:lol:

Here's a link to the Ecco Bella mascara, they might have a store locator at the website:

    ...

I LOVE all of my eyeshadows, the cypress green is gorgeous! ALL of them are gorgeous, I can't wait to try them.

    ...

I have to say the little lids weren't even tight on all the jars in my order that came today :( I hate the thought of losing one tiny grain of these minerals and going to waste

Thanks for the link...it says MY Whole Foods carries that brand. I'll have to look again. There is also a Long's about 6 miles away from me that supposedly carries it. But that was it 3 stores within 25 miles in any direction, lol.

On my last order, one of my containers wasn't closed properly and there was just a tiny bit of leakage, but it was one of the free samples, so not horrid. I am SO excited to get my 10 eyeshadows now!!!! Maybe they'll be there tomorrow...hope, hope, hope!

I've been looking around for storage ideas too. I think I want to get a jewelry box type because it has little drawers and would look kind of neat in the bathroom. I think I just have to find something with drawers deep enough.

This would be perfect...dang stupid lack of counterspace in my tiny bathroom. I even thought of one of those tool chests with the drawers, lol. I was thinking small version, but if I keep buying this stuff the way I am I may have to get a big one and move it into my spare bedroom.

However, no matter what I do, in transit the lots of powder comes through the sifters, and there is always powder in the threads of the jar and lid. I don't like that either, but haven't resolved the problem.

    ...

I like the tupperware idea, do you just use one and put each powder in it in turn? I have to keep things concise.

 I have three of the lids. I use one for foundations, 1 for blushes and 1 for eyeshadows. If I'm using the same or similar colors, I don't bother to wipe them off before I use them, but if I use totally different colors, I'll use a tissue to wipe them off.

I'm also wiping my brushes off after I'm done...I just buff them onto my toilet tissue right on the roll, lol. I'm hoping that will also help keep the loose powder problem down.

Okay, so I have an idea for the sifters when you travel. The new jars come with a little film over them...I wonder if scotch tape would work on the ones we've opened already. Wipe off the sifter area, then tear off a little piece of tape and fold down one corner (so there's something to grab onto) and put it over the sifters. I may try this just to see.

I was reading the Open Original Shared Link yesterday, and they said that they will soon be introducing a primer in mid January. I am pretty excited about this. I used some of that in my BE consultation last week, and it really felt great on my face. Has anyone else used the BE primer or something like it? It is supposed to help set the makeup and help it stay on longer, but I am too new at the makeup thing to know any difference.

Also, has anyone used the Open Original Shared Link? They got some good reviews on Makeup Alley (another good site, BTW. Who knew there was such a site devoted to reviewing makeup?) I looked at the ingredients, and they don't look like they would dry my face out too much. I have been using castile soap and witch hazel on my face recently and I think that is exactly the wrong thing for someone with dry skin. Need to find something better.

I think I used a sample of the primer eons ago...I can't remember now though if I liked it, lol. I know I tend to not use any kind of lotions on my face before makeup because my face gets a really heavy oily feeling whenever I do even if the lotion doesn't have oil, so I probably didn't like the feel on my face.

I've been looking at those stupid wipes, lol. Maybe it's just my current obsession, but I love the makeup so much and it seems so much better than I've ever used, that I want to try everything ELSE, lol. It'd be really great for travel.

We are actually competing with the omg thread with the hopes of becoming the longest, fastest moving thread in the history of the world... (just kidding)

    ...

Favorite Hoodie is really pretty. It would make a nice bronzer for darker skin. It's very shimmery, and doesn't look much like the color swatch on the website (it's like a bronze/copper/amber), but I like it as an eyeliner.

 about the gym! And fortunately (or unfortunately) there are a few of us on here who have a lot of experience at the OMG thread mayhem, so lookout! :P:lol:

I'll have to check out Favorite Hoodie. I put on the Tinsel Time today (the more gold one). It looks gold in the jar, but it went on a little green, lol. Maybe I just didn't wipe my brush off good enough from yesterday, lol. I really wanted a bronze/copper color. I was wearing a bronzy/coppery sweater and I wanted that touch of color at my lash line, but it was slightly green, lol. Still it looked VERY good and overall I had a quite natural look.

  8. Well, another good night sleep...not perfect, but definitely better than it has been! I've been adjusting some of the supplements too...the doctor wants me to come off one of the neurosciences supps, so every couple of days, I'm dropping off one capsule. I also cut out all the 5-HTP...after the latest test, she wanted me off all the 5-HTP. :( Doesn't seem to have affected anything so all is good, lol. Today I started the Pregnenolone which is the precursor to the neurotransmitters...she doesn't want me to take the individual stuff, she wants me to take the precursor so that the levels get themselves more into line.

The scarey part will be to come off the melatonin. I take a lot! A huge amoutn of it, lol. She wants me to take a trial off of it. I may leave this part until last...there's one more supplement she wants me on Tyrosine...I'll start that in a couple of days once I know how the pregnenolone affects me, and THEN I'll start slowly off the melatonin, lol.

I did the "gua sha" tonight, again.

    ...

Also, Humaworm update: after I took charcoal in mid afternoon, I perked right up and have been fine the rest of the day. So far so good!

the gua sha sounds so interesting. Painful but interesting. Great on the Humaworm...I think the charcoal really helped me with that too...in fact that may be what's helping me sleep, lol.

When I take probiotics, they go through me.. well, like a dose of salts. An hour later and "woosh!". I'm just taking el-cheapo acidophilus, nothing fancy.

They don't go right through me, but some of them will give me worse D than I usually have. Some won't though...it's usually a trial and error thing in finding the right one. One of my doctor's has a good brand...it didn't test wonderfully well in muscle testing for me, but it wasn't harmful and it seems to be the most tolerated by my digestive tract. The brand (I think) is HLC...or the name is HLC, lol. There are at least two formulations...one has FOS...I dont' use that one as it DOES seem to bother me.

I did notice I couldn't sleep while on it. I started feeling toxic so I quit for about a week and now I am back on again.

Charcoal - I open the capsule and mix it in with my apple pectin fiber at night before bed. That prevents the C for me. Which I am totally prone to. Never the D only the C.

Yeah, I think it was doing it's job in killing off all the bad guys, but that was making me more toxic which was making my organs do more work which was keeping me awake, lol.

The test was inexpensive and easy to do. The only bad part was that I had to cut a chunk of hair off my head. You have to send in the couple inches that are nearest to your scalp...and discard the rest. I picked a spot at the nape of my neck....but whenever I put my hair up in a ponytail you could see this obvious chunk of short hair....there was no hiding it!

Dr. S had me do one...I do think it was from Dr's Data, but not sure now, and I don't think it was very expensive. I couldn't use my head hair because I dye it, so I had to use unmentionable hair, lol. I've always heard that's not as accurate, but who knows...my test result was just about what you said earlier...my essential elements/minerals were all off yet the metals showed low except for silver which was high.

Or maybe i will just see what the nd says this week. I know she wants me to do a 3 day stool test, which im not looking forward to lol.

Ah the 3-day stool test...my old friend! NOT! HATE them!!!!

I found that for me personally, the tests I did for food intolerances/allergies were the least useful out of ALL the testing I've done the past 5 years. I spent probably close to $1000 out of pocket on the food testing but it didnt help me at all. :(

    ...

In muscle testing and in electro dermal screening I did test positive for all those foods which I react to. In my intitial BioSET screening I reacted to almost every food tested...it was a long list of foods and food chemicals...there was only a very small amount that I did not react to in the test. Even those were not actually "safe" for me...so my body's response was the best indicator for me.

Same for me. The food allergy testing I've had done showed very little. The first test showed 4 things, canteloupe, barley, white grapes and somethingelseIcanneverremember. The second one only showed oats. There were MANY more foods that made me react.

The most accurate test so far was the BioSET. Pretty much all the things that I knew I reacted to were on there, and there were some that I suspected, but wasn't sure about, and quite a few that I would not have guessed.

  9. I think your right about the makeup box. I love your idea about dumping the makeup into a margerine lid then using your brushes. I've been trying to squeeze my brushes into those small containers, swirling then tapping, but half the makeup ends up on the sink after I tap it. LOL!

    ...

Well, I finally send EM my picture. I can't wait to get back their reply for color suggestions. :P

Yeah, there was just no way I would be able to get my BE kabuki brush in one of those tiny little lids, lol.

I am so excited to hear about your picture!!! And, even more excited to see how it works out for you.

Donna, did you get your organizer at Target? I was going to check those out right away.

    ...

I don't know where they are based, but I ordered my products on Wednesday, or Thursday and they came in today :D ! (Or as Mango04 put it :P:P:D:lol:B):) ) I'm glad I can try it out for New Year's Eve!

:LOL Yes, mine came in about 7 days, and that was with the Christmas holiday in the middle!

Yes, I got it at Target. It is in the cosmetic section...very bright plastic, lol. I got the blue, they also had lime green, and I know it's available in purple and a few other colors, so hopefully your Target will have more colors. I think the small one only comes in pink. My Target had the larger one for around $14.

Love Everyday Minerals! They're natural, yet have great coverage!

    Yes indeed!!!! :P:wub:

  10. What does epsom salt baths do?

I read what so many of you do and im always at lost, so i hope you all dont mind me asking questions all the time. Im thinking i should have finished my lpn prgram i was in a couple of years ago lol

Definitely ask...it's MUCH easier than going back in this thread, lol. I've been told for years that epsom salts were good for detox...my massage therapist though says the epsom takes care of aches and pains mostly. I usually add a little baking soda to mine. The baking soda apparently has a little more of a detox affect (according to HER, lol). I still think the epsom does a little detox all on its own.

Epsom salts are magnesium, so it's possible a little gets absorbed through the skin...good for people like me who are deficient in magnesium.

Besides all that...it just plain feels good so soak in a hot bath...I turn the light out and light a candle or two and just relax...feels great.

  11. Egads, yeah, I haven't been able to use hairspray for years now. Didn't know they made one for sensitive types, lol.

Yeah, I have had problems with the powder leaking out...I think I've decided it's from the lids. That leakage though is one reason why I wanted the type of box I got, so that everything can sit in there flat and I don't have to turn the bag or box to carry it. My tiny containers aren't leaking and I've been thinking maybe that's because I haven't been using the lids to swirl my brushes in (well, okay, and I've only just received most of them, lol)...I've been turning the container completely upside down, then tapping a little mineral out onto a paper plate or a margarine tub lid, then swirling my brush in that. I've also been using a kleenex to wipe off the threads of the container before I put the lid back on. Anal for sure, but I HATE that powdery mess, lol.

As far as bags...the little pink container that I got last week is pretty small, but still not small enough to tuck into a handbag...Maybe zip lock bags--like those snack sized zip lock bags, lol?

  12. Okay, I have a question possibly related to all this, lol.

Last Monday I got a B-12 shot at my doctor's office. They put on a little round tweety bird bandaid. All was fine, no itching that first day and most of the second day. In fact, it didn't itch until towards the end of the second day when I removed the bandaid. As soon as I removed it, the spot started itching and continued itching for a couple of hours. The itching stopped for a while, then came back the next morning, and several times throughout that day and the next two days. INTENSE itching, lol. Funny thing is, there was NO redness or swelling or marks of any kind (except for the microscopic spot left by the needle).

Does that sound like a sensitivity or allergy? I would think there would be swelling or redness if that was the case. I've been trying to figure out (and still need to call the doctor's office, lol) if it's the B-12 or the bandaid. I am allergic to trees, but mostly oak and a couple of other.

  13. May I suggest you start a new thread with the same title and call it nr 2 and link to this one??

This is because there is so extremely much useful information here and it will get absolutely buried if you continue another year on this thread.....I see the other forums do it that way. There are vitamin D threads ans do on that are very long too.

    happy new year

    nora

Happy new year, Nora! We've tried to separate out some stuff, but those threads seem to die off...our issues here seem so interelated that it's hard to separate it. We did make one for Lyme Disease, but the other stuff seem so intertwined.

Just a quick drive by as we've been travelling to foreign parts and back today....been to Wales to see my parents :D Had a lovely day and laughed a lot, which has been great. I've updated my avatar with a piccie of my little chap which I took today :D Got to rest now but will try to reply to everyone's really helpful posts in the next couple of days.

    Sx

OMGosh, what a cutie!!!! Glad you had a greate time in Wales!

    Carla,

    Everyone,

OMG...I took a Unisom last night to help me sleep and I just woke up (it's 1.15 pm my time :o) and I'm still EXHAUSTED! LOL!!!

Wow, lol!!! Wish it had that affect on me!!! :P

Actually, I've been sleeping better the last three or four nights...since I stopped the Humaworm, lol.

  14. Okay, so I got my bright blue Caboodles on-the-go-girl box, lol. Target also had the "train cases" like in one of the photos (only probably not as good quality), but I actually like the plastic one better. It's got three teirs...a bottom compartment, a swingup tray, then a little removable tray above that (that only covers part of that swingup tray). There's also a removable lipstick comparment insert thingy. I found that none of my tubes really fit in there, so I just took it out and my favorite glosses are in there. All my brushes and my eyelash curler and pencil sharpener are in the bottom compartment, and my favorite EDM stuff is in the swingup tray. I put my lip pencils and the one eyeliner pencil I have in that little removal tray. It all fits perfectly and I still have room for most of the rest of the stuff I've ordered.

I've decided I don't need to keep EVERYTHING in there--just my favorites and the ones I wear frequently, so I'm using the smaller pink one that I bought last week to hold the stuff I don't wear often.

Wouldn't it be nice if EM came out with a mascara? We should all email them and request it. LOL!

Yesterday I tried the Medium Beige Neutral in Semi-Matte and it seems perfect. I used Nick Nack blush and that one is really nice. Smokey Eyeliner and Spring Pink Lip Gloss. For eye shadow I used Silver Spoon. Hmm...what will it be today???

Oh and I tried and Lavender Everyday Everywhere Cream around my eyes for moisturizer. It's kind of like a smooth paste and the moisturing effects seem to last a long time. I put it on before bed and in the morning my skin still felt soft from it. It's a little expensive but like all their makup a little goes a long way.

 Our first case of banishment! And, our first non-makeup review!! I've been eyeing that page every time I visit the website, lol.

My husband thinks I has been replaced by the pod people. I haven't worn makeup since we first started dating. But this stuff feels so good on my face! I had always used the liquid foundation, and that ends up feeling like a mask. I put Everyday Minerals on yesterday morning, it only took a few minutes, and it stayed good all day.

Yeah, see, people at work keep looking at me...I haven't worn makeup to work in 7-10 years, maybe more! My mom kept looking at me today...I know she was trying to figure out what was different. :P I HATE liquid foundation! I've used BE for years now, but before that I used a cream foundation...the kind that is in a compact and you put on with a sponge. I didn't like the feeling of that either, but at least I could sort of control how it went on.

NOt only does this stay on all day, but I haven't noticed any changing color or creases in my eyelids.

Wooohoooo....according to the usps traker website, my latest order has made it to San Diego! I wonder if I will get it today????!!!!????:D:P:rolleyes::):wacko::D

I don't think you used enough emoticons.

I use Ecco Bella mascara that can be found at most health food stores. I think Mango and Patti use it also. I love it and have used it for years, it doesn't bother my eyes at all.

I didn't see it at my whole foods...maybe I'll have to take a trip to the mega WF...it's not very convenient, but it's huge, lol.

Also....makeupalley.com is really good place to find reviews and photos of the colors. You have to register but there's some good info. on the site. Just click on product reviews and search for Everyday Minerals - or for specific colors you want to know about :)

OMG - I am obsessed wtih makeupalley.com.........I read it religiously, and every time I am about to make a makeup/fragrance/hair care purchase, I research it there!! Love that site! :)

I LOVE makeupalley. Even though I don't wear (or didn't until I found this stuff, lol) much makeup, I'm a member over there, lol.

I just tracked my order, it said it left TX the 27th, so I could possibly get it today :D

Hope you get the brushes...wouldn't that be a fun surprise.

  15. The lovefest just continues!

So I tried Fair Medium-Intensive today (yesterday tried the semi-matte). I love this one two. I think either formulation will work for me...what a dilema, lol!

I also tried Cherry Fizz eyeshadow as a blush. It is such a pretty pink, but didn't really show up on me as a blush, so I did a little apple over it.

I also tried Good China and Birdhouse. Good China is light but pretty natural looking...makes a good eyelid base. Birdhouse is a little darker, but still fairly neutral. I tried the mistletoe (that's the green one right?) just along the lashes. Didn't want to go overboard since I wasn't planning to wear any mascara, but I like the little touch of green. This may be a first! :P I think it'd look great with a little mascara.

I need to pick up new mascara today while I'm out...the one I have is whoknowshowold...probably at least a year or two, lol. If I can't remember when I bought it, I'm sure it's too old. :P I'm sure it wasn't in my recent lifetime.

I tried Spring Pink lip gloss and it's just a little too light for me. With my darker hair, it just doesn't look right. I think it's because the color is too matte. It would look a little better if it were glossier or sparklier I think. Next time (didn't think of it earlier, lol) I'll try it with a clear shiney gloss over it to see if that helps.

You know, I never gave that a second thought before, but I imagine just my 10 eyecolors alone will be hard to organize :D

See, that's what I'm talking about! You get those 10 little containers in a shoe box and you just can't see what the heck your grabbing for, especially when there are a tons of brushes and other things in there with them.

  16. Hi Carla,Jin,Donna,Rachel,Andrea, everyone else. Everyone new.

    How is everyone?

Hey Lisa! Good to hear from you...hope the house was okay after the squash incident! I am doing much better now that I've stopped the Humaworm, lol.

Would LOVE to hear any of your thoughts!

Hey, welcome back! I'm in the camp that thinks there's something causing the systemic overgrowth. I'm on an anticandida diet now, but that's not my main focus. I'm doing much like Rachel is...my doctor's and I are working on making sure my detox pathways are open and working and that my liver can handle the detox.

For detox I take parsley and take detox baths. I also get full body massages about every 3 weeks, and I use a rebounder nearly every day to support my lymph drainage.

Donna, thanks for the charcoal brand recommendation!

You're welcome...hope it is a good one, lol. I think it's giving me C! Can you believe it. The queen of D has C! It's been two days so far, and if I don't go soon this morning, it will probably be 3 days! Not sure exactly what the cause...maybe the Humaworm just took care of whatever stupid bug was causing the D, and now the charcoal is helping slow things down, lol. Not sure.

I was talking to my mom about this whole anti-candida diet and she said that she thinks I should wait until we get word from the Dr. for me to start. I kinda agree with her just because there are so few foods I can eat without getting nauseous, that I want to talk to the Dr. about some anti-nausea meds if he wants me to change my diet. I truly can't handle being sick to my stomach 24/7. The only time it's a little better is if I can eat what I want, when I want.

Probably a good idea to run everything by the doctor at this point! :P

I'll likely be not posting so much for awhile, I'm on a trip with a full schedule. Feeling better thankfully, though not as good as I wish. Humaworm should hopefully arrive tonight. I'll keep you posted on that at least.

Stay relaxed and well on that hectic schedule!

  17. Blood or hair can be tested, but they do not give a particularly accurate picture of what's going on. The best indicator is apparently white marks on the finger nails which haven't been caused by knocks. I have lots! A great link on zinc is:

I used to have TONS of those white marks, but now have hardly any (only two that I see today). I've been supplementing a LOT this last year, so maybe it's sort of taken care of. I also haven't had as much ringing in my ears in the last few months now that I think about it.

Re St John's wart....it's been quite a few years since I did any reasearch on it, and now can't remember what I found. I do think it interacts with some kinds of medications, but can't remember now what I read about that.

For my sinus infection last year, I had just come off of the treatment for H.Pylori, so didn't want any more antibiotics. My HN doctor told me to load up on Vitamin C. Can you tolerate Vitamin C...not sure about cross-reactions or interactions with any medications though.
