  1. Thanks guys! I never knew this! I'll try them all!!!! I'm excited!!!!!!!!
  2. Haha, yeah, of course we are still ourselves, but I mean, feel normal ALL OF THE TIME. I think for some, it's possible and for others, maybe not?
  3. Actually, I'm answering myself. NO. If any of you out there disagree, please explain. I just have to accept this......I guess I never did before. (I'm growing guys! ) Oh, and about my cake, thanks so much! I know, I fell in love with it when I saw it because I LOVE LOVE LOVE bows, and pink! (even though my theme isn't pink because it's...
  4. That's it. I agree with gabby. I'm sick of being sick, and I DO care about the CC because I am obviously very very sensitive. When I don't eat anything processed, AT ALL, I feel like a million dollars, literally. But then I go back to trying the 'gluten free' stuff, and here I am again, symptoms popping up all over the place. I get mad and jealous because...

  6. All I can say is, you're not alone. I hate it when I get like that, and it happens every few days and it will last for a few days. It's almost embarassing because people see me eating ALL DAY at work, I will eat the same size meal as my fiance (I weigh 120, he weighs 200!) and actually more because he actually GETS full like a normal person would (of course...
  7. Good! I'm glad you both understand what I'm talking about. So I take it that you, Monica, have just accepted the fact that you won't be 'normal' ever again. Because that's what I'm starting to think too. And you know, the scary part is, sometimes I wonder if I really am a freak because I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OBSESSED with CC and wondering if I am getting all...
  8. Well, I've been reading a lot of posts right now because it's a pretty slow day at work. And my new question is, when we get diagnosed with Celiac Disease, does that mean that we will always ALWAYS have those little weird things going on with our bodies? Okay, I know, eventually, our gut heals, and we can feel 'NORMAL' longer, but should I just accept...
  9. I've had that, espeically when I've been sitting for some time and then got up. And it also happens a lot when I'm cold.....weird, right?
  10. Well thank you everyone for all of your input! So, either I have a problem with milk (which I decided I will finally get tested through enterolab for) or it's just my body acting up because I'm still in the healing process. I just think it's so weird when you are feeling like YOU'RE REALLY ON YOUR WAY! And then all of a sudden, you're sick again! It's like...
  11. Well, I just called Nestle and the girl was SOOOO NICE. She said that because it said gluten free on the box, they guarantee that it is 100% gluten free and there are no possibilities of cross contamination. She is also sending me coupons for other gluten free products, that I can get for free! Geez........I guess it's not the hot chocolate I drank, unless...
  12. So that means that I could have a problem with anything but organic? But you know, I can't have problems with all dairy because when I eat popcorn readymade with butter in it, it doesn't bother me........ I hate this.
  13. HI, These past couple of days, I've gotten REALLY BAD stomach aches on and off during the day, and yesterday I was constipated, then had finally went, and there was blood in the toilet. Then after that, I had "D." Also, today, my knee pains came back, which only happens when I get glutened. Actually, all of this happens when I get glutened. I'm thinking...
  14. I couldn't find one either and it says that they close at 4:00 Eastern time. It's 4:30 so we'll have to wait for another day to let them know.
  15. Wow! I didn't know that! Hershey's might, considering they don't really think that Celiac spru is a big deal! HOw do you feel sick?
  16. Wow! That was great information! Thank you so much! I will eventually try the test.
  17. You're right, I should so they can get it right because that's not safe. I will.
  18. wait, so are you gluten intolerant or just allergic to wheat? I'm confused because if there is wheat free beer, drink up!
  19. I don't think I have other food intolerances because so far, I can handle all gluten free specialty foods, and I can have dairy without any problems too (I was always to scared to try that, but now I have milk a few times a week and still have regular BM and no pain at all after I drink it). I started an elimination diet, but I found that everything I was...
  20. This is very very good and interesting information. Thank you for sharing! I noticed that you said that you were also casein free. Is there a link between Ataxia and casein? The more I hear about casein, the more I get scared that I could be damaging something without having any symptoms to connect to casein, but are being caused by ingesting it. Can...
  21. Exactly. So if a whole company is under that mentality then how are we to be sure that anything from Hershey's is 100% safe? I feel like so many people hear 'intolerance' and think of lactose intolerance and equate them to each other. That's why when I go out to a resturant, I tell them 'allergy' because I think that's how serious Celiac Disease is. One...
  22. "A food intolerance is more common. It takes more time for the body to react, and the person can tolerate a small amount of the food without reacting. Examples of a food intolerance include lactose, sulfites, and celiac sprue." It says that people with celiac sprue can handle a small amount of gluten. They're putting it in the same catagory as lactose...

  24. that's crazy! we use paper towels and paper plates, etc. all the time because we don't have a dishwasher right now and it's easier.....hmmm.....I will have to check mine out!
  25. Good Morning! Well, I have been testing myself through some things lately because I was getting so bored of eating the same old 'whole foods' that I was living on. So I decided to try a few 'mainstream' products off of the delphi list. Well, I don't know who has been following my posts this week, but I will tell you, those of you who are interested...
