Thank you! ive never just called a doctor and ask for a particular test... how do you do this? Do you have to convince them it's necessary first? i would love for these symptoms to resolve, as I've had a lot of them my whole life. Until I read a lot here, I never thought they weren't just, well, normal. my mom had problems with her thyroid... -

Did you have the celiac blood work panel? did they do biopsies during the endoscopy? Damage sometimes doesn't show up until they put a biopsy under a microscope. they can't just look at your insides and tell whether or not you have celiac. -

Don't be worried! Cutting out gluten completely is all you need to do. Many people see their doctors regularly to monitor vitamin and iron levels, and repeat some of the celiac testing to show how well they are doing. I personally had many symptoms, and it took about 2 months for them to all go away. For some it takes longer as the learning curve is... -

I talked myself into thinking the mask was a fancy spa treatment. It worked for me, but at that time I had no trouble falling asleep at all. Now I have to take a trazadone to fall asleep as I'm under so much stress and I'd stay up all night worrying. -

My cats plus my dog don't watch tv, but as youngsters the cats played that fish game on my iPad from friskies, I think. It was hilarious to watch them. Plus I loved reading everyone's stories here! -

Yeesh... so sorry you are going thru all of this. As per the duh, If I recall the off brand of neosporin helped me a little bit with my dh, at least the worry I would get an infection. Make sure you aren't even eating a molecule of gluten! -

Why is it 2 months into your iron level diagnosis and you haven't gotten anything taken care of with it yet? Or do you mean you've been supplementing and they haven't retested you yet? You really need to take care of yourself! -

You are reacting to gluten. stop eating gluten, period. You could and possibly might feel even worse, besides itching and dizziness, on a glutinous diet. You are damaging your body. -

Honestly I don't recall. It was all around the same time. I got off gluten first and then had the sleep study, I think in that order. The apnea was my number 1 problem related to brain fog as I was sooooo sleepy all the time. I don't think in my adult life I ever made it thru a movie without falling asleep. Bit in 2008 I was totally on my own and didn't know... -
