Its hard to say if its a CC, accidental glutening or just the way it will work with you....... now would be a good time to double check all makeup, lotions, shampoo's, soap, toothpaste... anything that could possibly be causing an accidental glutening... also dont be afraid to get obsessive about cleaning the kitchen, also watch for cc in the dishes..... -

In my opinion there is no "realistic" difference between "intolerance" and "celiac", in both cases gluten is harmful period. Just because your symptoms are "slight" does not mean you are not doing damage that could seriously effect your health and life not only now but later on as well. I am not officailly diagnosed due to my former local "dr" however...

I am currently standing at about 9 months 100% gluten free, prior to that I was unsuccessfully gluten free, I didnt know about the "hidden" gluten and was partially free. My beggining was not as successful but was "better" since going 100% gluten-free earlier this year I see even more improvement.. My best improvement is the fact I dont have to wait... -

Well, I have smoked for to many years myself, and have gotten myself down to a pack every other day sometimes less... depending on my stress level -
Some of my breakfast favorites: Pamela's pancakes Bobs red mill wicked good hot cereal Fresh Fruit Bowl Coffee cake breakfast tortilla - gluten-free style (meat, scrambled eggs cheese wraped in a corn tortilla and nuked for a few seconds) This morning it was popcorn but thats not my usual fare, lol

I am self diag'd so can't answer that question but I also wanted to mention to also check hand creams and lotions as well as toothpaste anything that has the smallest chance of getting into your digestive tract can harm you. -

Low blood pressure is a family thing, mine is actually higher than most others in my family, the dr's have never been to concerned due to the family history and I dont seem to have any ill side effects from it, no fainting when standing up quick etc..... but I do have fun when they want to take blood the low pressure combined with my fainting at the sight... -

I actually have deby's bakery in denver on my list of places to visit next week when I am there, its a 5 hour drive but should be able to inexpensively get some shipped to me if they do that sort of thing, but ya know I am gonna have to test a few things out while i'm there, um..... yeah..... well its my story and I'm sticking to it! lol -

I dont know for sure af any as I am an anti pill person...... When i first tried getting a dr to test me for celiac his reaction was to shovel acid reflux pills into me, they seemed to make this worse for me, however keep in mind I hate pills of any kind and it may have been a subconscious thing rather than a G thing -

well, got the blood tests back from the dr office last week....... dr says only my folic acid is low and wants me to "take a pill" ok, so for those that dont know I hate freaking pills.......... so whats folic acid in? also garlic is good for reducing bad levels of cholesterol if I recall right? Dr dont know about that one yet cause it... -
