  1. Tiffany, There is a Wild Oats in Vancouver WA as well as Lingonberries, the gluten free store.
  2. Would that be instead of using barley malt?
  3. That's good. I'm a stay at home mom who homeschools too, my oldest is only 6 though.
  4. I'm still planning on making my way down to California next year (Sacramento area or thereabouts). We would just need to figure out a place to meet. You California gals, I hope, would be able to swing meeting up. Anyone else, we all just need to figure out a good time. I'd still have to have Seth with me which could be troublesome (maybe we sould...
  5. Laura, That is so nice that you have support all around you. Cyber support is good and sometime all that is available. Consider yourself double blessed. I hope your job will understand. You do need to rest and take care of yourself. Please keep us posted. Yes they are! I used to know a sort of poem that went with hugs.....actually...
  6. Thanks Julie, Looks like I'll have to pass on those too.
  7. Thanks, Patti.
  8. I love hugs! If I lived closer to you, I'd be over there real quick. I don't usually go up to people and hug them though.....some people don't like hugs. Whenever we get together next year we can greet each other with a hug.
  9. Laura, Hugs to you! Prayers for you getting into Hopkins and seen soon! Get your rest and take care of yourself. I too, wish I lived closer to you so I could help you out. Rachel, Can you find Vit C without rosehips? Rinne, Thoughts and prayers will be with you. Please remind me when you appointment draws near. Looking forward...
  10. This is a great one!
  11. Thoughts and prayers will be coming your way. Keep us posted.
  12. Will keep this in my prayers. Please keep us posted.
  13. A big sigh of relief. Things will start on the uphill climb again. Better practice the belaying and whatnot.
  14. Shalia, I can't help as far as Lame Advertisement. I had a blood draw from a doctor who had branched out into allergy/intolerances. He runs the ELISA test and uses US Biotek. There have been past advertisements for Lame Advertisement, so it triggers something here. I haven't heard anything bad about them though.
  15. Rachel, I like learning. That way if anything ever looks suspicious with us or someone else I'll have suggestions on what to test for.
  16. Usually some kind of stress or trauma can trigger celiac. Don't know about that with children though. Whether she wants to stop eating dairy and soy is up to her. If she already has a lot of damage I would encourage her to give it 6 months without them and then reintroduce them at separate times. I'm not sure about her healing, but it would seem that...
  17. Thanks for posting that Linda.
  18. You are so right. She's got beauty (inside out outside), brains and personality. Hey Carla, you must have done something right.
  19. Wow! Mine would split a whole container of juice if I let them. They have apple juice with their cereal which I'm thinking is causing some problems.....maybe I should water that down. Other than that I let them have a glass of calcium fortified orange juice a day. I already water down the orange juice a little bit. Thanks for the heads up Alison...
  20. Morgan.......good to see you! Um, if 20's are ish-ish, wouldn't she be ish-ish-ish (or ish to the 3rd power)?
  21. You bet!
  22. Rachel, I didn't realize you had gotten bit in 2000. I thought you're camping trip/crown amalgam incident in 2002 was the time in question. That would make perfect sense that the gold crowns, then the amalgam removal would tip the scale with the additional onslaught on the immune system.
  23. Rachel, Sounds good to me too. Let's see what your doctor thinks.
  24. Evie, That's great news! Seems our pillow can cause us lots of problems too.
  25. I just noticed that Vincent is over at Daily Strength.
