  2. i was wondering the same thing, glad you posted the ? true about the creams, i just had a butterfly done and the cream they gave me made it sore so i switched to good old vaseline and hemaroid cream, its sounds funny but its the best for healing that ive found. good luck with the tat and enjoy.

  4. good advice, keep gluten free foods to minimum as not only for a treat but also as they can be very expensive and you can end up relying on them as your main food which is not good as a lot of these foods can be high in fat. you will learn to adjust to what foods work and where is the cheapest etc, it just takes time, its a big learning process but the benefits...

  9. you can still have celiac and have a negative blood test, go on a gluten free diet for a while and see what happens, in my opinion its the most accurate test possible for celiac. you got nothing to lose.
  10. try the sainsburys fruit cake, its YUMMY. its free from gluten,wheat and dairy. also tesco do a lovely pitta bread.

  13. found the cuk list of people who hold meetings, my nearest one is about 20miles away and mo car to get there, and she said she only does meetings 2 times a year !!! next meeting is october.

  19. i fell like ive got torretts ( spelling ? ) or something im a hatefull woman at the mo, my language is really crappy at the moment and the worse i feel the worse my language gets and i cant help it. the funny thing about what you said it may be ive been glutend is that the last 4 days ive been C, im still managing to go but its difficult and its getting worse...
