    My silliness consists of knowing that school ends in a week. :D ....and then two weeks later starts again, but whatever. I wants ter lie on a beach and have a lovely cabana boy bring me mai tais. Guess I'll settle for a hot tub in the rain.

    I'm always hot. If someone turns the temp up at work to over 72 I feel like I'm going to pass out. I keep my house about 65 and take coolish showers.

    too late now, but people also use benadryl as a sleep aid.

    yeah, it's a weird one. It makes me feel 'heavy', but not really sleepy, and I feel a bit hung over if it's been less than 8 hours or so. I think of it not as a sleep aid, but more of a 'sleep better' aid. Even though you'll be tired, you'll feel better once it's out of your system.

    5 is too many. It's supposed to be a mild sleep assistant. Taking five would really screw up your hormone balance and make keep you awake all night.

    Today I ate: fish that I cooked in oil with some added salt chicken-veggie stew that I made almonds pot roast (that I made) wrapped in lettuce leaves cute little oranges wine My daily menu is pretty much always some variation of this. I do use mustard, but no ketchup. I also eat packaged salsa and snyder's pretzels once a month or so.

    hmmmm. You could try soaking in vodka, since gluten is soluble in alcohol, but that might be more expensive than finding beans you can use.

    Well, I've made a new discovery. If you go off to Spain and forget to renew your truck tabs, the local constabulary are kind enough to remind you of it. And politely expect you to pay them for the time they spent assisting you. Those guys must get a lot more per hour than I do..... Off to buy my tabs.

    You ladies seem to have a lot of fun while I'm in class. I'm heading home, then to BE's house to lounge in his newly repaired ho' tub and drink champagne whilst I wait for him to return from work.
