  1. I don't know what more I can do to help. What about the people in your life, can you talk to a friend? Is there anyone older in your world that you trust? You could also try a crisis line, sometimes it helps to just hear another person's voice. What kinds of meds are you on, is your doctor aware of all the medications because there is always...
  2. Those crackers sound delicious and super easy, thanks for posting the recipe. I know what you mean about the almond flour, I ordered 25# from JKGourmet and it is a much lighter and finer textured flour than Bob's and so much nicer to bake with but you do have to have a sense of what the consistency should be. Here is the Frozen Lemon Yogurt: ...
  3. Sure, I'll do that on the dedicated recipe thread first thing tomorrow, too sleepy now! Tonight I made a frozen lemon yogurt with goat milk yogurt that is so good if you like lemons, my sweetie says it tastes just like lemon pie, I'll post it too.
  4. I'm sorry it is such a struggle for you and I admire the effort you are making to try and figure out what you can do to help yourself. I genuinely hope that having the mercury out of your mouth makes a big difference. I found that one of the things that really helped me was acupuncture and the funny thing is that the most helpful thing was simply lying...
  5. Definitely worth a second quote.
  6. Hi, I hit your Link but found a blank page. I don't know if others have too, am I the only one?
  7. Hi, the range on the tests up here (Canada) said something like between 180 and 880 so very close to your figures, I think 582 sounds great!
  8. Mr. Moore, you are not paying attention!!! Look at your postings and look at the number of people who have responded to your questions with information and support!!! You have been given a feast!!! If you want people to simply agree with you then I suggest you find a site that specializes in mercury poisoning and everyone there will confirm that yes...
  9. Sure, why not? What were your B12 levels? I ask because mine were at 228 and my doctor told me they were fine, she even prescribed medication that would have stopped all absorption of the B12. She is not my doctor anymore. I was not fine, I was critically low in B12 but the test in front of her said that normal was anything above 178, NOT normal...
  10. I was overweight until I melted so yes it is possible to be heavy with celiac. The great news is that if this is the case once you cut gluten out you will likely lose weight. Welcome.
  11. Hi, you may well be correct but I am certain that I did read just that somewhere, but where? What I took from the article above is that our DNA does change over our lives and that change may be affected by the environment, from there it is an easy leap for me to consider myself an environmental change. How funny that you had just read this article...
  12. Thanks for asking. I can't recall where I read that but your question sent me looking and I did find this article: Open Original Shared Link
  13. What an odd expression Mr. Moore..... There is more to healing than intellect, try thinking yourself off the toilet. Sorry if I seem rude but it seems to me so much of the grief we find ourselves in is precisely because of a kind of intellectual thinking that we can put any kind of poop that passes for food in our bodies and they will just keep running...
  14. I agree. And if you are going to go through the removal process you need to be following a protocol prior to having the work done. I think Andrea wrote about this. I did find vitamin B12, methylcolbamin, to be helpful with the dizziness I had and the ringing in my ears is gone though I wouldn't say it was because of the B12.
  15. Ditto for me. I develop a rash if I use any product with gluten in it.
  16. I am definitely in the super sensitive category, I realized that when I reacted after I put three drops of a homeopathic remedy under my tongue and with fifteen minutes reacted. I then found out that the alcohol for the remedy was grain based, this was not on the label. I am baffled by those who will assure people that something is safe based on their...
  17. Interesting. So, I was not alone in thinking that. Dr.Klinghardt has a theory that the body produces candida in order to protect itself from mercury. We are complex creatures!
  18. Yes, you need to avoid gluten in all forms and that includes shampoo, etc. Many people take probiotics, gluten free, also the B12. Sorry can't help with fast food but perhaps others can. I understand about the biopsy, mine was scheduled for five months after (our wonderful Canadian health care system, not!) I was told about Celiac and there...

  20. My B12 levels were 228 and yes the B shots and the methylcobalmin B12 helped. My thinking is that it is worth supplementing before having tests such as an MRI. I am of the opinion that testing procedures themselves may stress the body and that once we are ill we don't need more stress especially if by supplementation we can see positive changes. ...
  21. Sorry the link won't work, lame ad.... Also of interest is that much of the Betaine available is made from beets. For the time being I think I will stay with beets and apple cider vinegar but I will make sure I do this on a daily basis as it is clear that it helps.
  22. Thanks, I will check out the Betaine HCI.
  23. I agree. Too complicated for who? What orientation does this dietitian have?
  24. B12 may help some of those symptoms but as Tom says diet changes may help also. Who gave you the candida diagnosis?
  25. Too bad about the beets. Thanks for the information about the burp test. I just don't do well with supplements so I think I will stick to the beets and vinegar for now, I am also drinking fresh ginger juice and tea which are supposed to help and with a little honey delicious.
