Tamari gluten-free Soy Sauce

Is tamari soy sauce pretty interchangeable with regular soy sauce in recipes? That is one thing I've missed a lot is marinating with soy sauce, and I hoped this would work instead!

People use Tamari, or La Choy which is also gluten free. There is also Bragg's Aminos, and for those who avoid soy as well, there is Coconut Secrets available from Whole Foods.

I use tamari. It tastes a little bit different from regular soy sauce but it didn't take very long to get used to it. I love to marinate chicken breast in it, it is so delicious!

I use it , it tastes great great. But , it is much stronger so use less at first till you get used to it.

I like San-J tamari sauce (the wheat-free version, obviously) and had no trouble switching from my regular soy sauce. I do believe it is stronger so I use less of it. I have yet to find the new gluten-free Kikkomann soy sauce around here.

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

      Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.

      My daughter has celiac disease and has had for a long time. She fell loses strictly gluten-free diet and recently got rid of all cutting boards in any gluten in her house at all. She just had a stool test and it came back showing of gigantic response to gluten in her diet. What could be going on since she doesn't eat any gluten and is very careful about any...
