Where To Find Safe Buckwheat Flour

Can anyone tell me where on earth I can find safe buckwheat flour? We all need to bug the heck out of the folks at Bob's Red Mill so they'll do their buckwheat flour in their gluten free facility. In the meantime, where can I find safe flour? The King Arthur site has some but apparently it's actually the Pocono brand. Is that safe? And if I buy buckwheat groats is it hard to grind them into flour?

I have ground buckwheat flour in a Kitchen Mill.  Last I knew they are around 200 dollars.  It is easy to grind buckwheat.

I use Arrowhead Mills and like it a lot. I don't remember if it used to be made a the same facility that produces wheat (I just checked and my current bag doesn't mention it) - but I do remember calling the company about it, and they were really lovely. The woman was very assuring, and I trust the company. 

 

Also, I buy all my flours online, and you can find websites that continually have sales. Love sales and free shipping!  :)

Boy do I wish I could buy a mill! I've wanted one for years but it's completely out of the question. I wonder if I could grind stuff in a clean coffee grinder?

i've ground buckwheat groats into a flour in my coffee grinder...

Luce's ( a bread company) gluten-free  sells  buckwheat  (safe )on his  site...and  his  bread  is  so  simple a  kid  can  make  it & it is  delish....small loaf  but  delish......

If you go with Arrowhead Mills, check the packaging to make sure it doesn't say anything about wheat in the same facility. Always good to check!

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
