Can a Celiac use/eat Soy sauce ?

Generally speaking, the answer is no. Most soy sauces contain wheat. There are a few gluten-free ones.

Kikkoman Gluten Free Soy Sauce is one. I use VH brand, but it is only available in Canada.

Avoid soy sauce in restaurants unless you ask first (and expect the answer to be that it isn't safe).

Regular soy sauce is not gluten-free- it contains wheat.  There are gluten free soy sauces sometimes called tamari sauce

Tamari is delicious. I like it better than soy sauce.

I use San J tamari . I am careful of soy since my gluten challenge as I have not healed enough and don't want to get another intolerance. 

Many also use coconut aminos as well.

I just use Coconut secret, they make a product that using coconut aminos as a gluten and soy free option. It can be used exactly like soy sauce in all recipes. They also make a teriyaki and a garlic sauce that are great in stir fry.

      Hello, no I had to have them re done and then used a liner over the top.  Many dentists are not aware of the celiac effects.  Best of luck.   There is other material, yet, very expensive.

      He is not just a psychiatrist.  He is also a neuroscientist.  And yes, I have already read those studies.   I agree with benfotiamine.  This is short term while glutened/inflammation occurs.  As I had already mentioned, these symptoms no longer exist when this phase passes.  And yes, I know that celiac is a disease of malnutrition.  We are working with a naturopath.
