Hi guys!! I've been ceoliac for 10 years now. I'm usually very strict on the diet but had a few vinos the other night and ended the night with a greasy doner meat and chips (no pitta lol) :'( .... anyway since then I've had this sharp sudden stabbing pain in the top of my head!! Comes and goes every 10 seconds. I know it's my own fault..  but I'm just wondering if this is a symptom? Many thanks.. Becky.

Since this is a new symptom, perhaps you should see a doctor.  Not all things are due to celiac disease.

"Vinos"? What is that?

Did you consume any wine, especially red wine?

So you drank a bunch of wine and ate non gluten-free greasy diner food?

This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):

Great! Just what I was looking for.  Thanks, Scott.

Wheat flour is fortified with vitamins in the U.S. as a part of USDA policy. Gluten free facsimile products are not fortified. There is no government mandate for such. When you remove wheat flour by going gluten free, you may be removing a significant source of vitamins.

Okay.  That doesn't answer the question, but thanks anyway.
