Crackers Anyone?

Does anyone know of a brand or recipe for gluten free & nut free( including seasame) crackers? My 2 year old would really love a differant cracker then his same old cracker!

You mentioned Nut free. Ener-G told me that they have two processing centers, one in the US, and one in Isreal. The Isreal facility is Nut contaminated, and unfortunatly the crackers are processed in Isreal.

I would love to find something, there are many great gluten-free crackers, but I cannot find one that is gluten-free, nutfree, DF, and egg free for my son :-(

I eat Glutano all the time, but again there is nut contamination....

We use Glutino Gluten Free Crackers. Very good! No nuts listed anywhere on the package. It does say "may contain traces of sesame, milk and soy"

what about other seeds? are flax seeds ok? if so, soaking flax seeds for a while then dehydrating them makes a lovely cracker. I think I've got my sundried tomato cracker recipe (oven baked) in my 'as promised, a few recipes' post in the recipes section. they're quite flavorful, and fairly easy to make.
